★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um alisamento americano no salão da Mara Camargo, foi por indicação da progressiva, chegando lá a própria Mara Camargo me atendeu e fez a avaliação, me indicou o alisamento americano, disse que embora tem esse nome se tratava de uma progressiva, o único pós é que teria que espera 4 meses pra retocar as luzes. Fiz o procedimento dia 9/12/21, e três semanas depois as pontas do cabelos ficou espigadas e quebradiças, sem consegui contato com o salão por conta do recesso de fim de ano, iniciei um cronograma em casa, e tive que corta as pontas, detalhe meu cabelo era longo e com a base reta, tive que desfia o comprimento, e fazer o corte em v, pra amenizar os danos. Em junho desse ano fui a profissional que retocar as luzes, e qdo informei que havia feito o tal alisamento americano, ela me informou que algumas clientes que passaram por esse procedimento tiveram quebra ao teste de mecha, entao fizemos, e pra minha surpresa o cabelo quebrou em todo comprimento onde havia o alisamento. Entrei em contato com o salão, falei com a recepcionista, onde fui informada que a própria profissional entraria em contato comigo, o que aconteceu apenas dois dias depois, a Mara me informou que o que aconteceu foi uma exceção, que eu deveria fazer um Detox Capilar pra retirar os componentes do alisamento do cabelo, inclusive disse que enviaria em meu endereço o kit pra realizar em casa, nunca recebi o tratamento, e mais nenhum contato foi feito por parte da Mara ou sua equipe! Fiz o tratamento indicado com produtos da Cadiveu, mais meu cabelo ainda apresenta fragilidade para o procedimento das luzes. Minha indignação não é apenas por na o pode clarear meus fios, nem mesmo pelos gastos com os tratamentos, mais com a falta de ética da profissional que nao me informou em nenhum momento os contras do alisamento. Fiquem atentas pois li outros relatos como meu, inclusive no Reclame aqui, as progressivas dessa linha causa danos, inclusive as reclamações tem sido feito contra uma empresa que nao tem nada a ver com a Troia, apenas o nome.
 I did an American straightening in the Mara Camargo salon, it was by indication of the progressive, arriving there Mara Camargo herself attended me and did the evaluation, she recommended the American straightening, she said that although it has this name, it was a progressive, the only post is that I would have to wait 4 months to retouch the lights. I did the procedure on 9/12/21, and three weeks later the ends of the hair were split and brittle, I couldn't get in touch with the salon because of the end of the year recess, I started a schedule at home, and I had to cut the ends , detail my hair was long and with a straight base, I had to unravel the length, and make the v-cut, to ease the damage. In June of this year, I went to the professional who retouched the lights, and when I informed that I had done the American straightening, she informed me that some clients who underwent this procedure had a break in the lock test, so we did it, and to my surprise, the hair it broke in all the length where there was the straightening. I contacted the salon, spoke to the receptionist, where I was informed that the professional herself would contact me, which happened just two days later, Mara informed me that what happened was an exception, that I should do a Detox Capillary to remove the components of hair straightening, I even said that I would send the kit to be done at home at my address, I never received the treatment, and no further contact was made by Mara or her team! I did the indicated treatment with Cadiveu products, but my hair still has fragility for the highlights procedure. My indignation is not just because it can't lighten my hair, not even for the expenses with the treatments, but with the lack of ethics of the professional who didn't inform me at any time about the cons of straightening. Stay tuned because I read other reports like mine, including Complain here, the progressives of this line cause damage, including complaints have been made against a company that has nothing to do with Troia, just the name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui em um salão que usaram esta linha de produtos progressiva sem formol matizadota e acabou com meu cabelo em vez de tratar deixou todo igual uma espiga de milho embaralhada e ressecada que não dava nem para pentear e tenho cabelo liso. A cor ficou azulado e partes laranja todo furta-cor....péssimo produto....quero saber quem vai tratar agora meu cabelo, hidratar , ficar como era pelo menos.
I went to a salon that used this line of progressive products without formaldehyde tinted and ended up with my hair instead of treating it left everything like a scrambled and dry corn cob that I couldn't even comb it and I have straight hair. The color turned bluish and orange parts all iridescent....bad product....I want to know who is going to treat my hair now, moisturize it, leave it as it was at least.
