★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Dia 9/2 de 2022 fiz troca dos 4 pneus, paguei à vista, tinha até então os pneus de fábrica meu carro com 45.000km, todos da marca Pirelli, resolvi trocar de marca pior erro do mundo, Qto a venda e serviço tudo ok, mas pós venda terrível, Michelin tem pós venda péssimo no 3/3 tive uma avaria no pneu traseiro ao estacionar com menos de 1 mês comprometeu o pneu e fabrica solicitado avaliação do técnico da empresa pra ver se teria substituição, para minha supresa técnico avaliador e mesma pessoa que vendeu o pneu, questionei a avaliação junto ao serviço pós venda da michelin no dia 7/3 qdo tive resposta que a empresa não podia fazer nada, michelin disse que o responsável técnico iria entrar em contato comigo hoje 17/3 e nada, e hoje outro pneu que foi comprado no dia 9/2 da marca michelin também teve avaria que não dá pra ser consertado pela borracharia, vindo do trabalho da minha esposa rua de casa, AZAR OU PNEUS QUE COMPREI NÃO SÃO TUDO AQUILO QUE A EMPRESA DIZ SER ?!?! SE ARREPENDIMENTO MATASSE, NUNCA MAIS MICHELIN
On 2/9/2022 I changed the 4 tires, I paid in cash, I had the factory tires until then, my car with 45,000 km, all Pirelli brand, I decided to change the brand, worst mistake in the world, What about the sale and service everything ok, but terrible after sales, Michelin has terrible after sales in the 3/3 I had a damage to the rear tire when parking with less than 1 month it compromised the tire and the factory requested an evaluation from the company technician to see if there would be a replacement, to my technical surprise evaluator and the same person who sold the tire, I questioned the evaluation with the michelin after-sales service on 3/7 when I got an answer that the company could not do anything, michelin said that the technical manager would contact me today 3/17 and nothing, and today another tire that was bought on 9/2 from the michelin brand also had a fault that cannot be repaired by the tire repair shop, coming from my wife's work street from home, BAD OR TIRES I Bought ARE NOT ALL THAT THE COMPANY SAYS TO BE?!?! IF REPENTANCE KILLED, NEVER AGAIN MICHELIN
