★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja Trok do extra da Parangaba trataram agente super mal , muito mal educado ,sem informações. pós o compressor estava quebrado ,daí o supervisor do extra Gabriel nus indicou a loja de Maracanaú onde fomos super bem atendido rápido trocaram os PNEUS onde compramos no extra . Obrigado meninos do Maracanaú os melhores.
 Parangaba's extra Trok shop treated the agent super bad, very rude, without information. after the compressor was broken, then the supervisor of the extra Gabriel nus indicated the store in Maracanaú where we were very well attended. Thank you boys from Maracanaú for the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Retornei três vezes pra tentarem alinhar o veículo que ficou desalinhado e estava penando para o lado não resolveram, paguei outro profissional da região que resolveu meu problema..perdi o valor que paguei do serviço mas perderam um cliente. Não indico!
I returned three times to try to align the vehicle that was misaligned and was struggling to the side, they didn't solve it, I paid another professional in the region who solved my problem. I lost the amount I paid for the service but they lost a customer. I don't indicate!

Hj termino meu retorno muito satisfeita com o serviço da Trok Service de Maracanaú.Os mecânicos seu Edmar e Kaka e recepção Alisson são excelentes. Com certeza retornarei.
I did the Alignment and Balancing service, the service was great and to improve the workshop, I have the right to two returns with 30 and 60 days. Today I finish my return very satisfied with the service provided by Trok Service de Maracanaú. The mechanics Mr. Edmar and Kaka and Alisson reception are excellent. I will definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo funcionários mal educados. Esperei na recepção por mais minutos sem ser atendido mesmo pagando pelo serviço. Funcionários só mexem no celular e quando reclamei disse que era pra eu aguardar péssimo, ridículo.
Terrible rude staff. I waited at the reception for more minutes without being answered even though I paid for the service. Employees only use their cell phones and when I complained they said I was supposed to wait, terrible, ridiculous.

Como sempre disseram q eu tinha q fazer "alinhamento de suspensão ", fiz, caríssimo, cada roda 220,00. Mandaram eu fazer um retorno qdo completasse 30 dias , vim fiquei esperando consertarem a rampa umas 2horas, aff, pense num lugar de serviço caro e demorado, horrível
The 1st time I came, it was with a voucher from a nearby gas station, I waited a long time that I got tired. As they always said I had to do "suspension alignment", I did, very expensive, each wheel 220.00. They sent me to return when I completed 30 days, I came and waited for the ramp to be repaired for about 2 hours, aff, think of a place with expensive and time-consuming, horrible service
