★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pela manha fazer a troca do fluido do freio fiquei 15 minutos esperando e não fui atendido . Pela tarde liguei e agendei a troca do fluido, perguntei se a troca seria feita na maquina pois é o modo correto de se fazer para carros com abs o sr.Daniel disse que assim seria feito .Quando foi iniciado o serviço questionei sobre a máquina o mesmo disse que faria de forma manual pois não tinha o adaptador do meu carro . Se fosse uma pessoa leiga o serviço seria executado da forma errada e o cliente nem ia saber.
I went in the morning to change the brake fluid, I was waiting for 15 minutes and I was not assisted. In the afternoon I called and scheduled the fluid change, asked if the change would be done on the machine because it is the correct way to do it for cars with abs, Mr. Daniel said that it would be done. When the service started, I asked about the machine. I even said that I would do it manually because I didn't have the adapter for my car. If it were a lay person, the service would be performed in the wrong way and the customer wouldn't even know.
