★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço dos caras é bom, o preço é melhor que da concorrência (não vá nas grandes redes de reparo, procure os pequenos empreendedores!) e o atendimento é um diferencial também. São gente boa, honestos e bons no que fazem.

Obs: dei 1 estrela porque não tem como dar zero, que o que este dono sem vergonha merece.

Um local que não atende celular, nem pelo whatsapp, imagina, presta serviço e não responde chamadas dos clientes. Pessoalmente também é uma lástima, fala uma coisa, depois muda, não cumpre a palavra. Além disso, deixei o celular para rever uma troca de bateria na garantia, após 3 dias, supostamente para testes, retirei e ele afirmou que estava ok. ao analisar um app de diagnóstico, vi que sequer ligou o celular, e estava com a mesma carga que eu havia deixado, completa enganação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O cara é mal educado e agressivo. Trocou a tela do meu celular e não quis dar nota fiscal(dizendo que não precisava). Sabe o que aconteceu? a tela deu problema e ele se recusou a concertar. (Hipotéticamente a tela ainda estaria na garantia). Falta de caráter das grandes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior serviço que já recebi na vida. O responsável é extremamente grosso, ignorante, rude e não admite estar errado, mesmo quando o celular estava claramente ainda com defeito. Ficou adiando prazo de entrega, e sequer faz ordem de serviço, quanto menos uma nota fiscal (diz que o contador é que tem que fazer, mas o contador não fica na loja). Em plena 2ª onda de pandemia, fica tirando a máscara para falar com o cliente. E sai da loja quando dá na telha, deixando os clientes esperando do lado de fora até que dê vontade de voltar para atender. Preço altíssimo, super injusto para a qualidade porca do atendimento e do reparo, fora o tempo e a paciência gastos para lidar com a não entrega do celular e com o atendente ignóbil.

He was postponing the delivery time, and he doesn't even make a service order, much less an invoice (he says that the accountant has to do it, but the accountant doesn't stay in the store). In the middle of the 2nd wave of the pandemic, he is taking off his mask to talk to the client. And he leaves the store when he hits the shelves, leaving customers waiting outside until he wants to come back to answer. Very high price, super unfair for the quality of service and repair, apart from the time and patience spent to deal with the non-delivery of the cell phone and the ignoble attendant.

O serviço de conserto da tela não ficou bom (e ainda paguei caro) e pedi pra colocar película e o serviço ficou pior ainda.
