★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do serviço da tropical Mac, pois eles foram honestos comigo.
O problema do meu MacBook era apenas o cabo que liga a placa mãe com a tela, e antes de ir na Tropical Mac fui em outros locais, mas estes tentaram fazer com que eu trocasse a tela inteira ao invés de apenas o cabo, o que custaria mais de 2 mil reais.
Na Tropical Mac apenas o serviço da troca do cabo foi feita, o que me deixou bastante feliz.
Já estou com o meu PC a uma semana e ele está funcionando perfeitamente .

The problem with my MacBook was just the cable that connects the motherboard to the screen, and before going to the Tropical Mac I went to other places, but they tried to make me change the entire screen instead of just the cable, which it would cost more than 2 thousand reais.
At Tropical Mac, only the cable exchange service was done, which made me very happy.
I have been with my PC for a week and it is working perfectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu macbook bebeu café e parou de funcionar. Levei na itown do RIo Mar para orçamento, mas não aceitei o valor absurdo proposto e levei na tropical mac, que já tinha levado outro anteriormente.
Chegando lá, Fernando abriu o meu mac e ali ficou muito claro que a Itown não tinha nem aberto meu computador para dar o orçamento. Ele me explicou tudo que iria fazer para tentar dar um jeito e que em alguns dias me dava um retorno.
3 dias uteis depois ele me retornou dizendo que depois de uma boa limpeza o macbook tinha voltado a funcionar normalmente e não precisava trocar nenhuma peça. Só pagar a mão de obra das horas trabalhadas..
O outro orçamento era pra trocar placa lógica, bateria e teclado..
Fiquei muito satisfeito com o atendimento e preço, recomendo a todos.
My macbook drank coffee and stopped working. I took it on the RIo Mar itown for budget, but I did not accept the absurd amount proposed and took it on the tropical mac, which had already taken another one before.
Once there, Fernando opened my mac and there it was very clear that Itown had not even opened my computer to give the budget. He explained everything he would do to try to fix it and that in a few days he would give me feedback.
3 working days later he returned to me saying that after a good cleaning the macbook had returned to working normally and did not need to change any parts. Only pay the labor for the hours worked ..
The other budget was to change the logic board, battery and keyboard.
I was very satisfied with the service and price, I recommend it to everyone.

My experience with Tropical Mac was excellent. Service for me is essential and it started very well with Erica answering my call. Fernando is the guy and knows everything about Mac. He was very attentive in listening, quick in feedback, in the procedure and in the delivery of my Imac (within the agreed deadline). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive a sorte de ter meu problema resolvido pela Tropical Mac, mas antes tive que pagar R$199.00 a Iplace para uma conta absurda com o valor quase de um novo Macbook! A Tropical Mac, no meu caso, teve a opção de reparo apenas, e foi uma maravilha. A Erika é uma super atendente e avaliadora, muito grata! Se não fosse o período de carnaval e desespero em recuperar minha máquina, teria economizado o dinheiro que a Iplace não compensou nem em atendimento.
I was lucky to have my problem solved by Tropical Mac, but before I had to pay R $ 199.00 to Iplace for an absurd account with the value of almost a new Macbook! Tropical Mac, in my case, had the option of repair only, and it was wonderful. Erika is a super attendant and evaluator, very grateful! If it weren't for the carnival period and desperation to recover my machine, I would have saved the money that Iplace didn't even make up for in attendance.
