E já disseram logo de cara que era inviável fazer a instalação em minha residência sem mesmo vir um técnico no local. Estou desapontado. Sem contar que não responderam as minhas últimas mensagens. Horrível e esperava mais.
Lousy service. I didn't even hire the service for the service. And they already said right away that it was impossible to install it in my residence without even having a technician on site. I'm disappointed. Not to mention that they didn't answer my last messages. Horrible and expected more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultimamente vem apresentando problemas em todos os sentidos, estou tendo que recorrer ao suporte pelo menos 1 vez na semana. E sobre o suporte? Infelizmente deixa muito a desejar, média de 30 a 40 minutos para ser atendido na parte noturna, isso não deveria acontecer numa empresa desse porte. Já foi muito boa essa internet, mas do final de ano pra ca, está cada vez PIOR!
