★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fiz um pedido para às 15h,foi entregue às 17h,o bolo veio errado,liguei no estabelecimento para fazer a troca pois o sabor que veio,em casa não gostamos,ele disse que ia fazer a troca,passado 1:40 a troca não tinha sido feita ainda,liguei lá novamente e fui informada que a entregadora errou o endereço (sendo que já tinha vindo aqui),ele disse que ela estava chegando na loja e eles enviariam o meu bolo! São 19:15 não fizeram a troca,não me devolveram meu dinheiro,o estabelecimento fechou,e estou com um bolo que não como e vai para o lixo!Descaso total do estabelecimento!Espero ser ressarcida!

Bolos, desdo mais simples aí mais recheado, todos são de excelente qualidade, saborosos, fofinhos….uma delícia, e tem tbm o pão que é maravilhoso. Super indico!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedimos pelo ifood e tivemos uma pessima experiência! Motoboy disse q chamou e ninguem saiu, porem na mesma hora q o estabelecimento nos avisou, saimos la para ver e ja nao tinha mais ninguem! Querem cobrar taxa de reentrega sendo q o motoboy saiu do local sem retorno do estabelecimento e nem buzinar ou chamar ouvimos, sendo q tenho 2 cachorras qe ouvim toda buzina de moto e latem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de consideração com cliente fiz um pedido as 19:50 o motoboy foi para lugar errado até aí blz mais a pessoa que responde o Ifood simplesmente não estava com um pingo de vontade de resolver....... A sugestão dela era somente cancelar o pedido...... Poxa vida foi uma indicação a gente morrendo de vontade de comer o bolo e simplesmente encerra a conversa e faz o extorno ...... Não era oq eu esperava ainda mais pela indicação que foi feita.
Mas obrigada viu casa da bisa pela consideração com os clientes ?????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de tudo, inclusive antes da pandemia mesmo, eu pedi um bolo da casa da biza para o meu aniversário, na empresa em que trabalho, o bolo foi de cenoura com vulcão de brigadeiro, tanto eu quanto aqueles que dividiram o bolo comigo, acharam ele excelente, era bem pesado (Dava para ver que tinha muito recheio), tudo de bom
Depois disso, meus pais começaram a pedir lá com frequência, já pediram de maracujá, e também de ninho com vulcão de Nutela, ele elogiaram muito, muito mesmo, segundo eles um dos melhores bolos que eles já comeram, o que fez com que a gente ficasse com vontade de trazer para vocês, pois o histórico sempre foi muito positivo.
Hoje virou rotina para eles, sempre estão comprando lá
