★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita desorganização!!! Nos enviaram um orçamento por e-mail com um valor e quando realizaram o serviço, cobraram outro valor. O responsável Wesley, não foi congruente com o atendimento prestado. Sendo evasivo no que se diz ao orçamento enviado, e tentando nos persuadir o tempo inteiro a acreditarmos de que nós é que não estávamos sabendo interpretar o orçamento. Não sei até quanto a dona ou dono da empresa sabe sobre esses acontecimentos, mas acho uma falta de respeito com o cliente, o tipo de atendimento prestado. Uma desorganização fora do normal!!!!

Após este comentário, a responsável pela empresa nos procurou para entender o ocorrido. A Jane foi super solicita e atenciosa, e demonstrou uma seriedade com o seu trabalho. Infelizmente o ocorrido foi um tanto quanto chato, mas entendemos que as pessoas são passíveis de erros e que na maioria das vezes podemos consertá-los. Na vida aprendemos a todo momento, e a evolução é contínua. Fica aqui a minha gratidão pelo atendimento da Jane.
Lots of disorganization !!! They sent us a quote by email with a fee and when they performed the service, they charged another fee. Responsible Wesley, was not congruent with the service provided. Being evasive when it comes to the budget sent, and trying to persuade us all the time to believe that we did not know how to interpret the budget. I don't even know how much the owner or owner of the company knows about these events, but I find a lack of respect for the customer, the type of service provided. An unusual clutter !!!!

After this comment, the person in charge of the company approached us to understand what happened. Jane was super solicitous and attentive, and showed a seriousness with her work. Unfortunately, what happened was quite annoying, but we understand that people are prone to mistakes and that most of the time we can fix them. In life we learn all the time, and evolution is continuous. Here is my gratitude for Jane's service.
