I bought a product that I was not satisfied with, sent a complaint email to the company and got no response, sent again and nothing. Total neglect !!

O projeto do sensor é bom, mas pensa numa torneirinha que não encaixa na base, vai toda hora e uma bombinha que não funciona de jeito nenhum. Gastei 162 reais e não conseguimos usar por um mês.
I bought a sensor supply for my cats and I am very dissatisfied.
The sensor design is good, but think of a little tournament that doesn't fit the base, goes all the time and a little pump that doesn't work at all. I spent 162 reais and couldn't use it for a month.

Contactei a empresa para tentar comprar o conector de plástico quebrado, porém me deram como única opção a compra de um kit que custava 40% do valor do aparelho, com várias peças extras que eu não precisava, sem opção de comprar a peça individual que havia quebrado. Além de não compensar financeiramente, também gera um lixo desnecessário. Quando insisti na compra da peça específica, me orientaram a resolver através de um endereço de email inexistente. Liguei diversas vezes e por coincidência a única pessoa que poderia resolver o meu problema nunca estava disponível.

I contacted the company to try to buy the broken plastic connector, but they gave me as the only option the purchase of a kit that cost 40% of the value of the device, with several spare parts that I did not need, with no option to buy the individual piece that there was broken. Aside from not compensating financially, it also generates unnecessary junk. When I insisted on the purchase of the specific part, I was directed to resolve through a non-existent email address. I called several times and coincidentally the only person who could solve my problem was never available.

O valor foi muito caro paguei 150 reais. Se funcionasse, tudo bem ! Seria bom se vcs tentasse melhorar a qualidade. Sou a favor do bebedouro de bila, é muito útil, mas precisa funcionar direitinho. Agradeço a atenção.
I bought a product from you. The bila waterer that looks like an American football. It is dripping a lot! The fitting is not legal. I put a thread sealant, it improved a little. The value was very expensive I paid 150 reais. If it worked, fine! It would be good if you tried to improve the quality. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei na Dogs Day recentemente uma Fonte (Elétrica) Automática Truqys Pet e definitivamente NÃO FOI UMA BOA COMPRA. Tenho uma fonte de outra marca (Furacão Pet) quase 2 anos, logo, me acostumei com outro nível de produto.
Essa fonte comprei por 2 motivos: preço e forma de caimento da água que lembra mais torneira. Entretanto o material do plástico é mole, fino e frágil. A bomba mais barulhenta. E a função do filtro ineficaz pois a sujeira passa todo pro outro lado.
Resumindo, não comprem! Se precisar de um produto que imite torneira, tente outra marca.
I recently bought a Truqys Pet Automatic (Electric) Fountain at Dogs Day and it definitely WASN'T A GOOD PURCHASE. I have a source from another brand (Pet Hurricane) for almost 2 years, so I got used to another level of product.
I bought this fountain for 2 reasons: price and form of draining water that resembles more tap. However, the plastic material is soft, thin and fragile. The loudest bomb. And the function of the filter is ineffective because dirt passes all the way to the other side.
In short, don't buy! If you need a product that mimics a faucet, try another brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vim até aqui, para relatar mais uma vez publicamente que o serviço é muito ruim, um descaso. Produto de baixa qualidade. Eu comprei DUAS fontes automaticas com sensor de presença, a primeira, parou de funcionar em 2 meses, a outra, em 4 meses. Ja tentei contato pelo SAC e não há atendimento. Pelo instagram, faz quase dois meses que aguardo a resposta sobre suporte tecnico. A desculpa sempre a mesma: que estão com readequaçãs de funcionarios e em 10 dias retornaram o contato.... é triste vir aqui expor esse comentário, porem realidade.
I came here to report once again publicly that the service is very bad, a negligence. Low quality product. I bought TWO automatic fountains with presence sensor, the first one stopped working in 2 months, the other in 4 months. I've tried contacting the SAC and there is no service. Through Instagram, I've been waiting for the answer about technical support for almost two months. The excuse is always the same: that they have readjustments of employees and in 10 days they returned the contact.... it is sad to come here to expose this comment, however reality.
