★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Triste ver e sentir o oportunismo de algumas lojas... No Mercado eletrônico consultei (dúvidas) e durante a compra alteraram o valor alegando que os valores aumentaram, simples assim... Como sempre o consumidor pagando a conta. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, decepcionante. Me senti lesada, o vendedor garantiu que ele me dava 3 revisões a cada 3 meses quando comprei a bicicleta. Agora levei minha bike pra fazer a revisão e eles falaram que isso não existe. Que nunca falaram nada disso. Estou indignada, nunca pensei que fosse passar por essa situação com uma marca tão renomada. TSW não tem palavra.
Horrible, disappointing. I felt injured, the seller assured he gave me 3 reviews every three months when I bought the bike. Now I took my bike to do the review and they said that it does not exist. Who have never spoken anything. I am outraged, I never thought I'd run into this issue with such a renowned brand. TSW has no word.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma bike da marca TSW modelo ride 21 marchas.
Com apenas sete dias de uso da bike, ao qual eu apenas faço uso para ir de casa para o trabalho, o câmbio traseiro empenou (as marchas estavam pulando muito, era impossível pedalar sem que uma marcha pulasse para outra), efetuaram a troca. Na semana seguinte, a roda da frente perdeu uma rosca e eu quase cai, porque a roda estava soltando, paguei para colocarem um novo eixo. Na mesma semana, o eixo traseiro quebrou, iria mandar para a garantia, mas achei melhor colocar um eixo rolamento e tals e paguei R$ 300,00 para resolver isso.
Bom a minha experiência com a bike da TSW que comprei por R$ 2.300,00 é de que se você for comprar, não compre.
Não vale a pena. Eu, antes de ter essa bike (ride) da TSW, tinha uma bike da KSW onde comprei pela internet (netshoes), não tive nenhum problema com essa bike, e usei ela por mais de 8 meses e paguei nela R$ 1.200,00, ou seja, não vale a pena comprar uma bike da TSW que vai gerar uma série de problemas para você e caso queira resolver o problema, você terá que desembolsar mais uns R$ 400,000 a R$ 600,00.
I bought a TSW bike with a 21-speed ride model.
With only seven days of using the bike, which I only use to go from home to work, the rear gear shifted (the gears were jumping too much, it was impossible to cycle without one gear jumping to another), made the change. The following week, the front wheel lost a thread and I almost fell, because the wheel was loosening, I paid to put a new axle. In the same week, the rear axle broke, I would send it for warranty, but I thought it would be better to put a bearing axle and such and I paid R $ 300.00 to resolve it.
Well my experience with the TSW bike I bought for R $ 2.300,00 is that if you buy it, don't buy it.
Not worth it. Before having this TSW ride, I had a KSW bike where I bought it online (netshoes), I had no problem with this bike, and I used it for over 8 months and paid R $ 1,200.00 , that is, it is not worth buying a bike from TSW that will generate a series of problems for you and if you want to solve the problem, you will have to pay another R $ 400,000 to R $ 600.00.
