★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito da batata suíça com requeijão e calabresa. Eu colocaria mais sal na batata, mas pq sou uma hipertensa kamikaze, porque estava ideal! Uma sugestão seria moer a calabresa. Em pedaços ela não chega nos cantinhos da batata, e rende menos nas garfadas. Mas estava deliciosa!
I really enjoyed the Swiss potato with cottage cheese and calabrese. I would put more salt in the potato, but because I am a hypertensive kamikaze, because it was ideal! One suggestion would be to grind the Calabrian. In pieces it does not reach the corners of the potato, and yields less in the forks. But it was delicious!
