★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caloteros vc paga e não sei o q eles faz q não hora de vc quitar o saldo devedor fica mais caro do q o valor do terreno q vc compro.
Se for financiar para construir tbm não da por q são duas incorporadoura uma de ela está com o nome sujo é o banco não aceita.
 Caloteros you pay and I don't know what they do when it's not time for you to pay off the debt balance is more expensive than the value of the land you buy.
If you're going to finance to build, it's not because there are two incorporators, one of which has a dirty name and the bank doesn't accept it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou em débito com eles, tentando efetuar o pagamento das parcelas em atraso, porém tudo que é proposto eles não aceita. Estando dando uma proposta absurda que se a gente tivesse esse dinheiro já teria sido pago e não precisaria do acordo!
Não facilita em nada, e ao meu vê não estão querendo receber.
I am in debt to them, trying to pay the installments in arrears, but everything that is proposed they do not accept. I'm giving an absurd proposal that if we had this money, it would have already been paid and we wouldn't need the agreement!
It doesn't make anything easier, and in my view they don't want to receive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria muito de entender pq a demora de 4 meses para o "competentíssimo" setor Jurídico da Tua Terra para validar uma minuta de escritura. Eles dão o prazo de 30 dias, mas já faz em 4 meses e até agora nenhuma resposta decente. Não adianta ligar, brigar, implorar... Eles simplesmente não se importam. Pelo visto, terei que acionar a justiça para tentar solucionar isso. 1 estrela é muito. Não vale meia!
I would love to understand why the 4-month delay for the "very competent" Legal Department of Tua Terra to validate a draft deed. They give a deadline of 30 days, but it's been 4 months and so far no decent response. It's no use calling, fighting, begging... They just don't care. Apparently, I'll have to sue justice to try to solve this. 1 star is a lot. Not worth a half!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ! Não cumprem prazo e atendendentes desinformadas referente aos protocolos. Cada uma fala uma coisa. Nada concreto. Se for pro lado deles não deixam passar um dia sem cobrar juros e encargos mas qndo eh do nosso lado a atenção é horrível. Nunca mais adquiro algo com eles. MTA falta de consideração com o consumidor que paga os boletos em dia
Terrible attendance ! They do not meet deadlines and uninformed attendants regarding the protocols. Each says one thing. Nothing concrete. If it's on their side, they won't let a day go by without charging interest and charges, but when it's on our side, the attention is horrible. I will never buy anything from them again. MTA lack of consideration for the consumer who pays the tickets on time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, faz 5 meses que estou esperando uma documentação para transferir de titularidade o lote que adquiri em dezembro de 2021, sem isso não consigo iniciar minha obra, o que era um sonho a Tua Terra está tornando um pesadelo, noites sem dormir e apenas a esperança de conseguir resolver o mais rápido possível, quem sabe até o final do ano consigo resolver algo tão simples.
Muito obrigado pela falta de responsabilidade com o cliente.

Comprei um imóvel em julho de 2020 (devidamente quitado, sem financiamento) e até agora, janeiro de 2022, não passaram a escritura. Cada dia é uma desculpa diferente. Um desserviço, uma enrolação e uma falta de respeito que nunca vi na vida. Os processos e reclamações são infinitos em relação a esta empresa. Basta procurarem na internet no Tribunal de Justiça.
E pelo visto, a empresa não tem interesse algum em resolver os problemas causados por ela mesma e não vê problema em serem processados tantas vezes por diversas pessoas.
TERRIBLE experience. I don't recommend it to ANYONE.
I bought a property in July 2020 (duly paid off, without financing) and so far, January 2022, they haven't passed the deed. Every day is a different excuse. A disservice, a drag and a lack of respect that I've never seen in my life. The processes and complaints are endless in relation to this company. Just search the internet at the Court of Justice.
And apparently, the company has no interest in solving the problems caused by itself and has no problem with being sued so many times by different people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO FAÇAM NEGOCIO COM ESSA EMPRESA / PIOR ROUBADA QUE JA ENTREI Estou com a matrícula de um terreno "presa" com eles fazem vários meses. Descaso total com o cliente. Não recomendo ninguem fazer nenhum tipo de negócio com essa empresa. O terreno em questão está localizado no Cond. Reserva Santa Anna em Santana de Parnaíba. Tomem muito cuidado com as documentações pq agora que quitei, estou passando o maior transtorno com a matricula do lote.... Você liga la e ninguem sabe posicionar as tratativas sobre o problema....
TENTEI CONTATO MAS MESMO ASSIM É SEMPRE A MESMA HISTÓRIA, ESPERE UNS DIAS PARA RECEBERMOS O PARECER DO JURIDICO... ISSO PQ SAO A MESMA EMPRESA, IMAGINA EU HA 5 MESES ESCUTANDO ISSO....
NAO FAÇAM NEGOCIOS COM ESSA EMPRESA!!!! GARANTO Q SERÁ A PIOR ROUBADA....
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY / WORST STOLEN I'VE EVER BEEN ENTERED I have a land registration "stuck" with them for several months. Total disregard for the customer. I do not recommend anyone doing any business with this company. The land in question is located in Cond. Santa Anna Reserve in Santana de Parnaíba. Be very careful with the documentation because now that I've settled, I'm going through the biggest inconvenience with the registration of the lot.... You call it and no one knows how to position the negotiations on the problem....
I TRIED TO CONTACT BUT EVEN SO IT'S ALWAYS THE SAME STORY, WAIT A FEW DAYS TO RECEIVE THE LEGAL'S OPINION... THIS BECAUSE THEY ARE THE SAME COMPANY, IMAGINE ME HEARING THIS FOR 5 MONTHS....
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I GUARANTEE IT WILL BE THE WORST STOLEN....
