David's attention to me is priceless!!! However the facilities are in need of repair. From what I understand, this maintenance is the responsibility of the property owner and not the tenant. Boralá make the repairs! In the most...perfect!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente está abandonada, tem uma ótima localização, mas os equipamentos enferrujados e a maioria não funciona, ambiente escuro, sujo, não recomendo.
Unfortunately it's abandoned, it has a great location, but the equipment is rusty and most of it doesn't work, dark, dirty environment, I don't recommend it.
