Somente na 13° tentativa atenderam e, com muita grosseria e ignorância, fui informada que não sabia do que se tratava. Após, pacientemente explicar o que era, o atendente confirmou o pedido e disse: "ai vc paga o motoqueiro ai, né!?". Um poço de ignorância e tentativa de esperteza!
 Terrible attendance. I made a request for iFood and after more than 1 hour late delivery, I contacted via phone. Only in the 13th attempt and met with a lot of rudeness and ignorance, I was told I did not know what it was. After patiently explaining what it was, the clerk confirmed the order and said: "oh you pay the biker there, right !?". A pit of ignorance and cleverness!
