★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em um primeiro momento, fizemos contato com a TudoHouse, que é do mesmo grupo empresarial da TudoGás, para a compra de aquecedor de água à gás, sendo feito também o orçamento da respectiva instalação em um apartamento. Depois de pesquisar, encontramos preço significativamente mais barato em outro estabelecimento comercial pela internet (cerca de 35%). Compramos pela internet e entramos em contato com a TudoHouse somente com a intenção de comprarmos o serviço de instalação do aquecedor à gás. A TudoHouse nos encaminhou para a TudoGás. Ocorre que a TudoGás passou a cobrar cerca de o dobro (2x) para o serviço de instalação do mesmo produto, somente porque adquirimos o aquecedor em outro estabelecimento comercial. Penso não ser justo ou ético por parte da TudoGás cobrar, de forma diferenciada, pela prestação de idêntico serviço. Fica registrada minha reclamação pela discriminação de tratamento com o consumidor.
At first, we made contact with TudoHouse, which belongs to the same business group as TudoGás, for the purchase of a gas water heater, and a budget was also made for the respective installation in an apartment. After searching, we found a significantly cheaper price at another online merchant (about 35%). We bought online and contacted TudoHouse only with the intention of purchasing the gas heater installation service. TudoHouse referred us to TudoGás. It so happens that TudoGás started charging about double (2x) for the installation service of the same product, just because we purchased the heater at another commercial establishment. I think it is not fair or ethical for TudoGás to charge, in a differentiated way, for the provision of the same service. My complaint for discrimination in treatment with the consumer is registered.
