Worst company on the market! They never deliver what they promise! Our contract of almost 1MM is overdue for more than a year! And they deceive the customer with many lies. Be careful, research better before doing with them

Ao buscar uma empresa para instalação da fotovoltaica, eu pretendia pagar pelo serviço, assinar o que fosse preciso, providenciar o serviço que fosse preciso de acordo com o pedido no projeto e que me entregassem pronto. Eu poderia listar tudo que não me agradou e essa avaliação ficaria gigantesca, mas vamos lå para pontos que sejam vålidos clientes à procura de avaliaçÔes saberem.
O contrato fornecido por eles engloba: visitas técnicas, apresentação de pré-projeto, entrega de projeto, inicialização do sistema, entre outros.
-Apresentação de pré-projeto: nunca nem vi. Nos disseram que foi feito um estudo, e onde ficou sombra pediram para podar as årvores.
-Visitas técnicas: Somente até eu assinar o contrato, depois disso pediram que nos mandassem fotos do que eles precisavam.
-Inicialização do sistema: haha essa Ă© boa. Disseram âĂ© sĂł virar a chavinha que vai estar funcionandoâ, e aĂ disseram que todas as mensagens que apareciam no inversor eram normais.
Depois de muita cobrança me enviaram o projeto aprovado pela CPFL.
Depois de duas contas foi notado que apresentaram projeto errado Ă CPFL solicitando que fosse trocado o medidor de outra casa onde nĂŁo estava instalado o sistema fotovoltaico. Diante disso um novo projeto foi submetido, e apĂłs mais tempo de espera e trocas feitas, noto que na minha conta foi abatido 40,00 da energia produzida! Ai sim foram na casa e fizeram âajustesâ, que nĂŁo sei ainda se funcionaram, e chegaram a comentar que talvez eu tivesse que pedir ajuste na CPFL! Ă© pois Ă©, paguei pra me entregarem perfeito e nĂŁo pra fazer o que eles deveriam.
NĂŁo nos explicaram o que seria normal observar no inversor para sabermos se estava tudo certo.
Cobrei o novo projeto submetido e me enviaram o mesmo antigo cheio de erros com uma carta de aprovação da CPFL NA DATA QUE EU COBREI O ENVIO DO PROJETO PRA ELES.
Sistema fotovoltaico usa uma caixa chamada string box. Nos forneceram uma caixa de energia normal que nem fechava. Nessa caixa fornecida cabiam em torno de 8 disjuntores, mas sei lå porque colocaram alguns no quadro de energia dentro da casa, fazendo com que tivéssemos que instalar uma nova caixa para suportar o que precisamos.
O mesmo documento teve que ser assinado umas 3 ou 4 vezes porque nĂŁo se atentavam a detalhes do que estava escrito.
Bom jå tå longo né? mas rolou tanta coisa, que daria mais umas påginas.
I do not recommend this company!
When looking for a company to install the photovoltaic, I intended to pay for the service, sign what was needed, provide the service that was needed according to the request in the project and have it delivered to me ready. I could list everything I didn't like and this review would be gigantic, but let's go to points that are valid customers looking for reviews to know.
The contract provided by them includes: technical visits, pre-project presentation, project delivery, system startup, among others.
-Pre-project presentation: I've never even seen it. They told us that a study was carried out, and where there was shade, they asked to prune the trees.
-Technical visits: Only until I signed the contract, after that they asked them to send us photos of what they needed.
-System boot: haha ââthis one is good. They said âjust turn the key and it will workâ, and then they said that all the messages that appeared on the inverter were normal.
After a lot of pressure, they sent me the project approved by CPFL.
After two accounts, it was noticed that they submitted a wrong project to CPFL, requesting that the meter be changed in another house where the photovoltaic system was not installed. In view of this, a new project was submitted, and after more waiting time and changes made, I notice that 40.00 of the energy produced was deducted from my account! Oh yes, they went to the house and made âadjustmentsâ, which I still don't know if they worked, and they even commented that maybe I had to ask for an adjustment at CPFL! That's right, I paid for them to deliver me perfect and not to do what they should.
They didn't explain to us what it would be normal to observe in the inverter to know if everything was right.
I covered the new submitted project and they sent me the same old one full of errors with a letter of approval from CPFL ON THE DATE I COVERED THE PROJECT SHIPMENT TO THEM.
Photovoltaic system uses a box called a string box. We were given a normal power box that didn't even close. In this box provided, there were around 8 circuit breakers, but I don't know why they put some on the power board inside the house, making us have to install a new box to support what we need.
The same document had to be signed 3 or 4 times because they didn't pay attention to the details of what was written.
Well, it's already long, right? But there was so much going on, it would take a few more pages.
