★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro no interior, rodei 90Km para fazer compras na loja , esperei 15 minutos para ser atendido e acreditem foi necessário ir no setor de despacho perguntar se tinha alguém para me atender , um colaborador mal educado nem meu bom dia Respondeu, uma lástima. Por desconto nenhuma eu volto nessa loja , um absurdo o tratamento dado aos clientes .
Eu estou construindo uma obra de 3 andares, concerteza minha compra seria um valor agregado mais alto , mais tudo bem , meu dinheiro não vai fazer falta para loja , haja visto o tratamento que me foi dado .

For no discount I come back in this store, absurd the treatment given to customers.
I am building a 3 storey building, surely my purchase would be a higher added value, but fine, my money will not be lacking for store, having seen the treatment given to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui extremamente mal atendido por vendedores que com certeza não tinham o mínimo interesse em vender pra pessoa física, pedi o vendedor pra ver o produto que eu precisava e ele simplesmente sentou de novo, não recomendo nem um pouco, nem pelo atendimento, nem pelo preço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi alguns comentários negativos quanto ao atendimento, mas quando procurei o funcionário Tarcísio, a realidade foi totalmente diferente. Não o conheço pessoalmente, mas o atendimento que me deu por telefone foi excepcional. Todas as vezes que eu ligava pra falar com ele, a telefonista transferia a ligação e ele me deu toda atenção possível. Fiz minha compra toda com o funcionário Tarcísio. A empresa está de parabéns por ter um funcionário tão atencioso. Continue assim.
I saw some negative comments regarding the service, but when I looked for the employee Tarcísio, the reality was totally different. I don't know him personally, but the service he gave me over the phone was exceptional. Every time I called to talk to him, the operator transferred the call and he gave me as much attention as possible. I made my entire purchase with the official Tarcísio. The company is to be congratulated for having such an attentive employee. Keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando vendem são até razoáveis, responde na hora, mas custa a atender o telefone, e o pagamento também tem q ser na hora, mas na retirada do material esquece, te tratam SUPER mal, fazem esperar sem lógica nenhuma. Cheguei para retirar a mercadoria as 10:50, sendo que já estava tudo pago desde o dia anterior, fizeram esperar até as 13hrs falando que o sistema estava fora do ar. Chegou outro cliente depois de mim foi atendido na hora e retirou a mercadoria, vai entender esse "sistema" que escolhe o cliente que vai atender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produtos de qualidade e bom preço,mas o atendimento deixa a desejar, tô precisando de alguns produtos,mais o vendedor Alexandre parece que não tá satisfeito com seu trabalho e não faz questão nenhuma de vender além de tratar o cliente dessa maneira!
