Pneu murcho, no momento seguinte.
Cobranças abusivas: limpeza. (Ainda que não haja sujeitado o automóvel a nada especial) tenho fotos. Troca, sem conserto, dos pneus. "Fiquei na mão ".
Pessoal grosseiro em tudo sempre. Dificuldade de comunicação, detestei. Fujam! Locadora só as tradicionais ! Terrível mesmo !
Cobraram $ 500, além dos custos reembolsados pela seguradora, jamais especificaram como chegaram a esse valor...
Horrível, nunca vi pior! E mais desonesto. Armadilha para trouxas.

Excelent reception! They take and pick up the car at the place and the time you want. Also, I forgot my umbrella in the car when I returned it, then I called the central and the boy returned in 20 minutes to return the umbrella to me! I loved it!!

Logo de cara, já vi comentários muito ruins sobre o atendimento deles, mas resolvi dar um voto de confiança. No primeiro contato (que eu tive de fazer, pois meu telefone tem o DDD 15 e eles não conseguem me ligar), me pediram os dados do cartão de crédito, INCLUSIVE com os dígitos validadores, no verso do cartão. Apesar disso, em alguns minutos depois do contato com eles, mesmo tendo pedido a seguradora para trocar a locadora, recebi uma ligação para explicar o ocorrido, o que foi de boa sensibilidade por parte deles. Porém ainda considero indecente a exigência de passar dados de cartão de crédito por telefone antes de alugar um carro.
I was contacted by this rental company after requesting the spare car available on my insurance policy, due to an unfortunate accident that I suffered. Right away, I already saw very bad comments about their service, but I decided to give a vote of confidence. On the first contact (which I had to make, since my phone has a DDD 15 and they can't call me), they asked me for their credit card details, INCLUDING the validating digits, on the back of the card. Despite this, in a few minutes after contacting them, even though I asked the insurance company to change the rental company, I received a call to explain what happened, which was very sensitive on their part. However, I still find it indecent to demand to pass credit card details over the phone before renting a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As avaliações positivas só podem ser dos amigos e dos funcionários. Atendimento péssimo, carro fedendo, faltando peças, péssima manutenção. Dei uma ducha antes de devolver (assim como fazemos com carros da Localiza e Movida) e queriam me cobrar uma taxa de R$30,00 de lavagem por não ter passado pneu pretinho e ter poeira no tapete. Reduziram para R$15,00 depois de muito questionar. Esperei 30 minutos para ter o meu comprovante de entrega.
Positive reviews can only come from friends and employees. Lousy service, stinking car, missing parts, poor maintenance. I took a shower before returning (just like we do with Localiza and Movida cars) and they wanted to charge me a R $ 30.00 washing fee for not having had a black tire and dust on the carpet. Reduced to R $ 15.00 after much questioning. I waited 30 minutes to have my proof of delivery.
