★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma loja muito boa , tem varias opções e tem qualidade tbm , na minha opinião só falta melhorar o atendimento, la parece q do gerente au atendente ninguém faz questão se o cliente compra ou não, deixei de economizar por não compra la , por falta de um bom atendimento, eu procurava 65 metros de porcelanato fui la e não sabia q tinha la por q o atendente não fez questão de me informar , fui saber q tinha quando voltei pra compra outro piso , ou estão desmotivado ou precisa de um bom treinamento para todos la.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem muitas opções de pisos como disseram, entrei na loja e olhei todos os tipos e modelos de pisos e os vendedores ficaram na entrada da loja no papo deles que estava mais importante do que atender os clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ comprei mais de 100 m² entre piso e azulejo, qnd entregaram tinha bastante caixa rasgada, ainda questionei os entregadores q falaram q se tivesse peça com defeito era só ir lá q eles trocavam... o pedreiro começou a instalação e abriu umas 7 caixas de piso já separei 24 peças com defeito, hj foi a loja e só me trocaram 14 peças (2 caixas) e falaram q não vai trocar o restante pq eu comprei já faz 3 meses... a gerente teve a cara de pau de falar q eu tinha q ter aberto todas as caixas e conferido peça por peça... na venda é super bem atendido mais depois... fiquei no prejuízo a ainda não foi aberto nem metade do material q comprei deles...

I was at a loss and not even half of the material I bought from them had yet to be opened...

Puxa, nem acreditei, atendeu o meu interesse, gostei muito dos produtos que encontrei. O vendedor me ajudou muito nas escolhas, deu muito segurança, isso ajudou na compra, gostei muito do atendimento dele, foi perfeito, que simplicidade e cortesia. Olha a loja não é muito grande, parece que não vai encontrar o que você quer, mas me deixou surpreso. Parabéns para loja Tumkus. Voltaria novamente, quando precisar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se procurar ainda encontra piso e azulejo no lote,um preço melhor,fácil estacionar atendimento não é ruim,mas infelizmente eles cobram frete pra entregar,não sobe e n.descem.escada na hora da entrega a não ser que pague uma taxa por fora
As vzs no depósito no seu bairro vc consegue o mesmo preço
