O início foi difícil, mas a cada dia conquistavam clientes que se tornaram também amigos. A preocupação de dar um bom atendimento e fornecer produtos de qualidade mostrou que estavam no mercado para ficar e ganhar espaço. A empresa foi crescendo e o irmão caçula veio juntar-se a essa dupla para fortalecer o grupo e dar continuidade aquele sonho que se tornava realidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja tem uma logística e formato de venda estranho e totalmente ultrapassado. Você efetua a compra de matériais na loja e só depois que é informado que vc tem que ir retirar no depósito da loja em outro endereço ou então pagar o frete para ser entregue.
E falta variedades de marcas para escolha de certos produtos . Devem ter parceria com a marca pois, só possui aquela marca para determinado produto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja da Avenida Oratorio com pós venda muito ruim....Comprei 2 latas de tintas formuladas paguei R$ 170,00 em cada Lata.
Ao aplicar na parede deu diferença de cor , voltei na loja e fui informado que não existe troca para tinta formulada....relatei para funcionários que ao aplicar em minha parede deu diferença....única coisa que diziam é que a cor estava certa...
Conclusão perdi R$ 340,00 de material .
Sou cliente a anos só na última semana comprei R$ 3.000,00 de produtos na loja e fui tratado desta forma....Já comprei em outra loja Casa e cor paguei R$ 120,00 cada lata resolvi meu problema e a partir de agora não compro mais nada na Tunkus.....#lojanaotemposvenda
Store on Avenida Oratorio with very bad after sales....I bought 2 cans of formulated paints and paid R$ 170.00 in each can.
When applying it to the wall, there was a difference in color, I went back to the store and was informed that there is no change for formulated paint....I reported to employees that when applying it to my wall, it gave a difference....the only thing they said is that the color was certain...
Conclusion I lost R$340.00 of material.
I've been a customer for years. Only in the last week I bought BRL 3,000.00 of products at the store and I was treated this way....I've already bought it at another store. Home and color, I paid BRL 120.00 each can, I solved my problem and from now I don't buy anything else at Tunkus.....#lojanaotemposvenda

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui retirar o material no Oratório 6550 fui atendido pelo Rapaz chamado Paulo , muito mal humorado, responde mal ao cliente...Tudo que o vendedor fez de bom ele estragou...Pena...Não volto mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local conta com muita opções de itens de construção, mas o atendimento deixa a desejar. Perdemos muitas horas na loja até conseguir ser atendida e ainda precisei ir em outro lugar buscar o pedido. A loja deveria ter depósito.
The place has a lot of options for construction items, but the service leaves something to be desired. We wasted many hours in the store before getting serviced and I still had to go elsewhere to pick up the order. The store should have a deposit.
