★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustante !! Minha mercadoria vai para 10 dias com essa transportadora e nada , paguei adiantado , toda vez que ligo quando pessoas diferentes atendem e quando dão alguma informação é errada. Estou no prejuizo !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, as pessoas ficam de dar um retorno e não falam mais nada. Pagamos a vista o frete e mesmo assim estou tento problemas com a entrega da mercadoria.

Até hoje 07/10/2020 não foi entregue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço até mais em conta, só que para entregarem são horríveis, um cliente comprou um produto pelo ML e pedimos essa empresa para fazer o frete demorou mais de dez dias para entregarem o produto, nosso cliente deu um regular na venda que eu fiz a ele.
Não recomendo, tem outras que faz Minas Gerais e são bem comprometidos.
Price even lower, but to deliver are horrible, a customer bought a product by ML and we asked this company to do the shipping took more than ten days to deliver the product, our customer gave a regular sale that I made to him .
I do not recommend, there are others that do Minas Gerais and are well compromised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi vários comentários sobre o serviço prestado, porém para nós aqui em Ijuí RS foi excelente, entregue em 5 dias, sendo que o prazo era de chegada dia 30/12 e chegou no dia 22/12. Muito bom, recomendo....
I saw several comments about the service provided, but for us here in Ijuí RS it was excellent, delivered in 5 days, and the deadline was arrival on 12/30 and arrived on 12/22. Very good, I recommend....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal FRACO e DESPREPARADO, uma transportadora que não tem competência alguma para envio de cargas. Totalmente sem palavra. A maioria do que foi combinado no final das contas não é cumprido. Estão retendo uma mercadoria de 10.300,00 que já foi paga para minha empresa e já foi pago frete a vista !!! O gerente em especial é um cara sarcástico de mais onde não liga para o problema alheio, não sei como uma pessoa assim pode ser um gerente. Meu cliente conseguiu um contrato anual muito difícil com uma mineração (não estamos falando de baixos valores) e perdeu esse contrato por conta do envio da mercadoria que realmente se compara a uma tartaruga. Se fosse possível a nota seria -5 estrelas.
WEAK and UNPREPARED personnel, a carrier that has no competence to ship cargo. Totally speechless. Most of what was ultimately agreed upon is not fulfilled. They are retaining a 10,300.00 merchandise that has already been paid for my company and has already been paid in cash !!! The manager in particular is a sarcastic guy who doesn't care about someone else's problem, I don't know how such a person can be a manager. My client got a very difficult annual contract with a mining company (we are not talking about low values) and lost that contract due to the shipping of the goods that really compare to a turtle. If possible, the note would be -5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não fizeram a entrega do pedido QUE FOI COLETADO DIA 08/11/19 até o momento, péssimo atendimento e a transportadora não tem comprometimento. Simplesmente não entregaram, estão com o material faz mais de 2 meses e informaram que não tem responsabilidade nenhuma pois não tem contrato assinado. NÃO RECOMENDO!
Foi solicitado carta de correção dia 21/11 pois o CEP estava incorreto, isso foi feito no mesmo dia.... e no dia 01/01/20 após cobrarmos posição do pedido nos foi informado que a carta de correção estava errada, precisava ser eletrônica e que iriam devolver a mercadoria para o remetente, como uma transportadora demora tanto para ver o problema e tentar solucionar?! ... hoje em 24/01 esta mercadoria ainda não foi devolvida.. a transportadora não tem interesse em auxiliar o cliente.... temos que ficar cobrando posição e não querem saber em resolver, DESCASO TOTAL... NADA DE COMPROMETIMENTO!
They did not make the submission of the application DAY THAT WAS COLLECTED 11.08.19 to date, terrible service and the carrier has no commitment. Simply they did not deliver, are the material for more than two months and reported that they have not any responsibility because it has not signed contract. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Was requested date correction letter 21/11 for the ZIP code was incorrect, it was done on the same day .... and the day after we charge 01.01.20 position request we were informed that the correction letter was wrong, needed be electronic and that they would return the goods to the sender, as a carrier takes so long to see the problem and try to solve ?! ... today in 24/01 this merchandise has not returned .. the carrier has no interest in helping the customer .... have to be charging position and do not want to know to solve, DISREGARD TOTAL COMMITMENT ... NOTHING!
