★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito da forma que me foi passado o orçamento. Bem organizado. Mas pecaram no prazo. Quando me deram o orçamento era numa quinta. Perguntei quando ficaria pronta. Disse que no máximo no sábado. Achei o prazo ótimo. Mas fui somente na terça. E não estava pronta. Disseram que na quarta estava pronta. Voltei na quarta, e também não estava. Voltei na quinta e retirei. O valor foi o justo, me deram dicas para evitar que a peça voltasse a quebrar.
 I really liked the way I was given the budget. Well organized. But they sinned on time. When they gave me the budget it was on a farm. I asked when it would be ready. Said at most on Saturday. I thought the deadline was great. But I went only on Tuesday. And I wasn't ready. They said that on Wednesday it was ready. I came back on Wednesday, and I wasn't there either. I came back on the farm and retired. The value was fair, they gave me tips to prevent the piece from breaking again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ter visto os comentários abaixo reclamando de vários fatores referentes a empresa, depois de anos comprando tintas no local e antes disse fazendo alguns serviços em nossa antiga impressora, finalmente tive a oportunidade de entender porque tantas reclamações. A empresa peca pela arrogância, pela recusa em sequer tentar enxergar onde pode ter feito um serviço incorreto e consertar a situação. Sem falar no tratamento ao cliente, que me chocou como nunca antes. É a empresa mais próxima da minha e por isso a que sempre dei preferência, mas da mesma forma que o cliente necessita do serviço, a empresa necessita do cliente. Não voltarei a fazer negócio com a Turbo Jet, infelizmente o custo-benefício já não compensa pra mim. Sorte na futura jornada.
Despite having seen the comments below complaining about various factors regarding the company, after years of buying inks locally and before I said doing some work on our old printer, I finally had the opportunity to understand why so many complaints. The company sins for its arrogance, for refusing to even try to see where it may have done an incorrect job and fix the situation. Not to mention the client treatment, which shocked me like never before. It's the closest company to mine and that's why I've always preferred it, but just as the customer needs the service, the company needs the customer. I won't do business with Turbo Jet again, unfortunately the cost-benefit doesn't pay for me anymore. Good luck on the future journey.
