Tô a mais de 1h tentando fazer uma ligação pra pedir informações, porque eu aposto que se eu chegar lá e os documentos tiverem errado não vão querer me atender. Mas aí atender a ligação e saber informar o cliente ninguém quer. Melhorem viu, péssima qualidade.
Lack of respect for people! They call the number, no one answers, when they answer they hang up on us! I've been trying to make a call for more than 1 hour to ask for information, because I bet if I get there and the documents are wrong, they won't want to answer me. But then answering the call and knowing how to inform the customer no one wants to. Better see, bad quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma motorista dz linha de Camaçari de nome juliana muito mal educadada acabou de derrubar meu filho,não esperou ele descer fechou a porta e prendeu o pé dele e ele caiu feriu o cotuvelo o pulso eo quadril,e ainda soltou piada pra ele,quero saber quem é o responsavel.
A very rude driver dz Camaçari line named Juliana just knocked my son down, she didn't wait for him to get down closed the door and trapped his foot and he fell injured his elbow, wrist and hip, and even made a joke to him, I want to know who is responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, a empresa Brisa/UNIVALE, está sem pulso no domínio com alguns funcionários motoristas que insistem em não parar para embarque dos passageiros no ponto - Bairro Parque das Mangabas - Camaçari-Ba, Portão 02 - Sentido Itapuãn. Já realizei várias reclamações no Órgão da AGERBA, mas até presente data não gerou nenhum efeito de melhoramento.
Unfortunately, the company Brisa/UNIVALE, is without a pulse in the domain with some employee drivers who insist on not stopping for passengers to board at the point - Bairro Parque das Mangabas - Camaçari-Ba, Gate 02 - Direction Itapuãn. I have already made several complaints to the AGERBA Body, but to date it has not generated any improvement effect.

Ônibus sempre atrasam
Veículos com tarifa mais cara, por causa do ar condicionado, mas que rodam com o ar quebrado ou sem funcionar
Motoristas que deixam os passageiros no ponto
Motoristas despreparados
It provides a paltry, ridiculous, absurd service, they are not concerned with the level of service provided to customers on the lines they operate in Salvador and Camaçari.
Buses are always late
Vehicles with a higher rate, because of the air conditioning, but which run with the air broken or not working
Drivers who drop off passengers at the point
