★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta melhorias para recepcionar os clientes. O local é bem sinistro e bem afastado do centro da cidade. Acredito que deveria ser mais centralizado e também falta policiamento no bairro, apesar de ter o posto da Polícia Militar lá perto.
There are no improvements to welcome customers. The place is quite ominous and well away from the city center. I believe that it should be more centralized and also lack policing in the neighborhood, despite having the post of the Military Police nearby.

Every month they change the time and that's terrible, they could at least make a site for people to see!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total falta de respeito com o cliente. Eu e mais umas 8 pessoas estávamos na fila pra comprar passagem e não tinha nenhum atendente. Depois de 20 minutos o atendente chegou por que estava atendendo outros ônibus no embarque. Nesse tempo todos nós perdemos nosso ônibus por que não conseguimos comprar a passagem por falta de um alguem no balcão. Perdi meu emprego por conta do atraso e irei registrar o ocorrido junto ao Procon e irei processar a empresa para repor meus danos.
Total lack of respect for the customer. Me and about 8 people were in line to buy tickets and had no attendant. After 20 minutes the attendant arrived because he was attending other buses on boarding. In that time we all missed our bus because we could not buy the ticket for lack of someone at the counter. I lost my job because of the delay and I will file what happened with Procon and I will sue the company to replace my damages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento!!! O ônibus atrasa mais de 40 minutos (sendo que é ponto de partida) sem ninguém da empresa saber o que está acontecendo. Liga na empresa e ninguém atende.
Terrible attendance!!! The bus is more than 40 minutes late (it is the starting point) without anyone from the company knowing what is happening. Call the company and no one answers.
