★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é uma das melhores da baixada,os funcionários são bem atenciosos e educados,com exceção de um tiozinho que tava no caixa no dia que fui lá, muito afobado e grosso. Tirando isso estão todos de parabéns ?
 The store is one of the best in the Baixada, the employees are very attentive and polite, with the exception of one uncle who was at the checkout the day I went there, very flustered and rude. Apart from that, everyone is to be congratulated ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os caras são tão preguiçosos, que cheguei as 12:35 num feriado que a loja está programada para fechar as 13, após a lâmpada do farol baixo do meu carro queimar. Eles simplesmente se negaram a trocar a lâmpada. Serviço que não leva mais de 2min cronometrados e que eles oferecem. Sendo que eu estava dentro do horário e eles concluiriam o serviço antes de dar o horário de fechamento da loja. Para gente, que não sabe fazer a troca é complicado. Não recomendo nem ir na loja e nem ir trabalhar quando quiser ficar em casa. A cara do Brasil...
Guys are so lazy, I arrived at 12:35 on a holiday the store is scheduled to close at 1:00, after my car's low beam bulb burned out. They simply refused to change the light bulb. Service that does not take more than 2min timed and that they offer. Since I was on time and they would complete the service before giving the store closing time. For people who don't know how to make the switch, it's complicated. I don't recommend either going to the store or going to work when you want to stay at home. The face of Brazil...
