★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um biquíni e após o uso, deixei molhado na lavanderia pra lavar no dia seguinte pois cheguei da praia já de noite. Nada de anormal. O problema é que no dia seguinte quando fui lavar, o biquíni estava todo manchado com a cor mais escura (a peça tem 3 cores). Entrei em contato com a loja e simplesmente disseram que não iriam trocar porque tinham certeza que era mal uso da peça e não defeito.
I bought a bikini and after using it, I left it wet in the laundry room to wash the next day because I arrived from the beach at night. Nothing unusual. The problem is that the next day when I went to wash, the bikini was all stained with the darkest color (the piece has 3 colors). I contacted the store and they simply said that they would not exchange it because they were sure it was a misuse of the part and not a defect.

Vocês estão perdendo clientes, fora a parte que não quiseram me passar o número do estabelecimento do cambeba, informaram que as coitadas das funcionárias não usam celular pra não atrapalhar o atendimento. Já faz uma semana que ninguém me responde no Instagram e o WhatsApp foi dois dias pra responderem e ainda me deram essa noticia. Isso é lamentável ??♀️
The online service sucks!! You are losing customers, apart from the part that did not want to give me the number of the cambeba establishment, they informed that the poor employees do not use a cell phone so as not to interfere with the service. It's been a week since anyone has responded to me on Instagram and WhatsApp took two days to respond and they still gave me this news. This is unfortunate ??♀️

Great store, I was well attended and when I arrived, having no idea which bikini to buy for my girlfriend, the sellers helped me a lot to choose a nice one and my girlfriend loved the bikini I bought.
I recommend the Turquoise Beach Fashion for everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECOMENDO, NOTA ZERO! O famoso barato que sai caro. A loja não permite que o cliente experimente a peça e não realiza trocas. Comprei um produto com DEFEITO e mesmo assim a loja se recusou a trocar. Qualidade ruim e atendimento péssimo. Totalmente despreparados.
DO NOT RECOMMEND, NOTE ZERO! The famous cheap that is expensive. The store does not allow the customer to try the item and does not exchange it. I bought a DEFECTIVE product and the store still refused to exchange it. Bad quality and terrible service. Totally unprepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um maiô e ele é transparente e não quiserem trocar porque só trocavam com defeito de fábrica. Mas se isso não é um defeito enorme eu não sei o que é. E não emitem nota fiscal. Falo no Instagram pr poder resolver e não respondem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu gosto muito dos modelos, são bem atuais e na moda, já comprei 2 biquínis, só não dou 5 estrelas por causa do tecido, por ser muito fino, marca muito a parte íntima, aí eu tenho que usar um absorvente diário, a loja tem muito potencial, o atendimento é bom, o marketing também, só acho que deveriam da uma atenção ao tecido e comprar um de melhor qualidade.
I really like the models, they are very current and fashionable, I already bought 2 bikinis, I just don't give 5 stars because of the fabric, because it's very thin, it marks the intimate part a lot, so I have to use a daily pad, the store it has a lot of potential, the service is good, the marketing too, I just think they should pay attention to the fabric and buy a better quality one.
