★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temos um veleiro compartilhado, contratamos a Turuna para instalar algumas vigias e reparar as gaiutas do barco.
- O serviço ficou horrível, infiltrando água nas duas vigias que foram instaladas por eles.
- Riscaram toda a estrutura ao redor das vigiaa removidas.
- Não recuperaram as gaiutas que foram pagos para reparar.
Foram gastos quase R$2.500,00 apenas de mão de obra, não deram solução para os problemas e se recusam a ressarcir inclusive o serviço que nem foi executado (recuperação das gaiutas).
We have a shared sailboat, we hired Turuna to install some portholes and repair the hatches on the boat.
- The service was horrible, seeping water in the two portholes that were installed by them.
- Scratched the entire structure around the removed portholes.
- They didn't recover the hatches they were paid to repair.
Almost R$2,500.00 was spent on labor alone, they did not solve the problems and refuse to reimburse even the service that was not even performed (recovery of the hatches).
