Delicatessen with good variety of products. They have very tasty snacks, and even have a mini market where you can find everyday products so you don't have to go to big markets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom! Sempre tem alguma coisa que a gente precisa! Mas pode melhorar. O interior é muito quente devido aos motores dos freezes, poderia fazer dutos com exaustores e fechar atraz dos frezeres com madeira!
Good! There is always something we need! But it can improve. The interior is very hot due to the freezer engines, I could make ducts with exhaust fans and close behind the fridges with wood!

Ela foi agredida verbalmente e humilhada pelo cliente de forma gratuita.
NINGUÉM da padaria fez nada. Não expulsaram o cliente. Não se negaram a passar a compra dele. Não obrigaram ele a vestir máscara. Postura inadmissível numa pandemia que matou quase meio milhão de pessoas no Brasil.
Earlier today my wife asked a customer who was at the cashier to put on the mask, as he wasn't wearing it.
She was verbally assaulted and humiliated by the client free of charge.
NOBODY from the bakery did anything. They didn't expel the customer. Did not refuse to pass the purchase of it. They didn't force him to wear a mask. Inadmissible posture in a pandemic that killed nearly half a million people in Brazil.

Todo domingo o ar condicionado não tem resfriado o suficiente, o que torna desagradável fazer a refeição. Hoje ouvimos três pessoas reclamarem desse problema. Já falamos com os colaboradores, mas não foi resolvido.
Very good coffee at an attractive price, but there is a problem that persists: the climate control. Every Sunday the air conditioner doesn't cool down enough, which makes eating a meal unpleasant. Today we heard three people complain about this problem. We've already talked to contributors, but it hasn't been resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Tutti Deli já foi mais saborosa. Em 2020 eu e minha namorada éramos clientes fiéis, tinham variedades maravilhosas de salgados bons e um bom pão na padaria. Nas últimas duas vezes que fui, tive experiências não muito boas com a comida apesar de ter um ótimo atendimento. Espero que voltem ao seu auge novamente nas receitas :)
Tutti Deli was tastier. In 2020 my girlfriend and I were loyal customers, there were wonderful varieties of good snacks and good bread in the bakery. The last two times I went, I had not very good experiences with food despite having great service. I hope they get back to their peak again in recipes :)
