Sempre muito transparente, educado e atencioso, fez questão de nos mostrar os materias que a empresa utiliza, mostrou materiais prontos antes de fecharmos o serviço e isso contou 1000 pontos conosco. O prazo foi cumprido conforme combinado.
O contato que tive com outros colaboradores da empresa também foi excelente! Parabéns e obrigada por tudo. Que Deus abençoe e vcs consigam realizar com muitas pessoas o mesmo atendimento que proporcionou a nós.

 I have no words to thank Felipe for the good service and attention he has given us since I made my first contact with the company. Always very transparent, polite and attentive, he made a point of showing us the materials that the company uses, showed us ready-made materials before we closed the service and this counted with us 1000 points. The deadline was met as agreed.

Obra, na grande maioria, é cheia de percalços, atrasos, custos extras e dor de cabeça, mas a Tutti foi responsável por nos dar uma injeção de ânimo!
Pedras perfeitamente instaladas, prazo atendido conforme prometido e toda educação e cordialidade que deveria ser considerada normal, mas sabemos não ser hoje em dia.

The work, for the most part, is full of mishaps, delays, extra costs and headaches, but Tutti was responsible for giving us a boost of spirit!
Stones perfectly installed, deadline met as promised and all the politeness and cordiality that should be considered normal, but we know it is not nowadays.
Working with them means having our dream and investment respected from beginning to end!
I wish everyone in the company every success who did an impeccable job in our house!
And I think it's worth the reminder - stones first, then planned. The furniture company just says the opposite to make their job easier.
You don't need to be an architect/engineer, just get information from professionals in the field who are honest and cohesive.
