★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho tentando obter informações de alguns vestidos para o casamento do meu filho. Mandei várias mensagens pelo Whatsapp, serviço que oferecem, entretanto não dão as informações solicitadas. Lamentável o descaso com o cliente.
Comigo não contam mais.
 I've been trying to get information on some dresses for my son's wedding. I sent several messages through Whatsapp, a service they offer, however they do not provide the requested information. Regretful disregard for the customer.
They don't count with me anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem, dia 07/01/2022 fui á Tutti adquirir vestido de festa, e fiquei mt feliz e maravilhada com o atendimento espetacular da funcionária GABRIELEN, q teve toda a paciência em me ajudar na escolha do vestido. Parabéns á TUTTI SPOSA em ter uma pessoa tão gentil, simpática e preparada. Aliás fui mt bem recepcionada. Adorei!!!
Yesterday, 01/07/2022, I went to Tutti to buy a party dress, and I was very happy and amazed by the spectacular service from the employee GABRIELEN, who had all the patience to help me choose the dress. Congratulations to TUTTI SPOSA for having such a kind, friendly and prepared person. In fact, I was very well received. I loved it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda vez que precisei ninguém atendeu o telefone e demoram muito a responder no whatsapp. Precisei do serviço em diferentes momentos do ano e não só no período de recesso. O atendimento no local é bom. Peguei um terno essa semana que esqueceram de apertar as costas e o forro está td rasgado e solto, fiquei com ele pq não tinha tempo de acertar. Fiz o aluguel com quase 1 mês de antecedência, é preciso conferir antes de levar. Fora isso, serviço bom.
Every time I needed no one answered the phone and they take a long time to respond on whatsapp. I needed the service at different times of the year and not just during the recess period. On-site service is good. I got a suit this week that they forgot to fasten the back and the lining is all torn and loose, I kept it because I didn't have time to get it right. I made the rent almost 1 month in advance, you have to check before taking it. Other than that, good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alugueu meu vestido de casamento lá há 4 anos. Recentemente estive lá e verifiquei que o lugar está mal cuidado e as roupas desatualizadas. A maior parte dos modelos que tem no site só tem em SP.
I rented my wedding dress there 4 years ago. I was there recently and found the place poorly maintained and the clothes out of date. Most of the models on the site are only available in SP.

Gostei de tudo: o terno, impecável; o atendimento cuidadoso e simpático (infelizmente não descobri o nome do rapaz), que me fez me sentir numa alfaiataria tamanho era o cuidado com as medidas; preço justo e devolução bem simplificada. Continuem assim, pois ganharam um cliente. Parabéns.
I rented a suit for a wedding party last week. I liked everything: the suit, impeccable; the careful and friendly service (unfortunately I didn't find out the guy's name), which made me feel like I was in a tailor shop. fair price and very simple return. Keep it up, you've gained a customer. Congratulations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Assim que cheguei, nem oi recebi, já foram pegando meu nome e dados para preencher uma ficha. Eu queria olhar os vestidos antes... Vestidos todos embalados, sem dar direito para vê-los. Opções muito brilhosas, com pedras e lantejolas somente. O vestido mais simples estava 500 reais, e a atendente ainda estava de má vontade, dizendo que tinha que procurar os mais baratos (que seria em torno de 250). Não gostei e não recomendo.
Terrible service. As soon as I arrived, I didn't even receive hi, they were already taking my name and data to fill out a form. I wanted to look at the dresses before... Dresses all packed, without giving you the right to see them. Very shiny options, with stones and sequins only. The simplest dress was 500 reais, and the attendant was still unwilling, saying she had to look for the cheapest ones (which would be around 250). I didn't like it and I don't recommend it.
