I just stopped by for an espresso and was very well attended
The espresso comes with a mini ice cream cone and you can still choose the flavor!
I chose the sugar-free chocolate one and loved it!

Liguei para reclamar e a Jaqueline retornou minha ligação e a primeira coisa que ela disse que eu havia reclamado pra ganhar gelato de graça. Foi muito grossa ao telefone, em nenhum momento eu falei em gratuidade ou extorno do que paguei. Só queria deixar registradainha reclamação e um pouco de empatia com o cliente. Estou grávida, tive uma semana péssima, eu havia acabado de voltar do hospital e a única coisa que queria era algo pra me deixar um pouco mais pra cima.
I placed an order through Rappi and it came totally different. I called to complain and Jaqueline returned my call and the first thing she said was that I had complained to get free gelato. She was very rude on the phone, at no time did I mention gratuity or extortion of what I paid. I just wanted to register my complaint and a little empathy with the customer. I'm pregnant, I've had a bad week, I've just gotten back from the hospital and the only thing I wanted was something to lift me up a little bit.

Mas das duas últimas vezes veio minúsculo o sorvete, nem deveria chamar uma bola (talvez um quarto de bola). Dei uma última chance hj, mas veio igual, ainda com a casquinha dura, impossível de comer. Na hora do carimbo fidelidade, a maior surpresa: comemos quatro sorvetes e foi carimbado uma vez só. Na região existem sorveterias melhores.
Very sad about the ice cream shop. Been going since 2019, always well served and with good service. But the last two times the ice cream came tiny, it shouldn't even call a ball (maybe a quarter of a ball). I gave it one last chance today, but it came the same, still with a hard crust, impossible to eat. At the time of the loyalty stamp, the biggest surprise: we ate four ice creams and it was stamped only once. There are better ice cream shops in the area.
