★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem 09/10 passei na tutty e peguei dois bolos, segundo o Sr q me atendeu seria bolos frascos mas não era o de baunilha com cobertura de chocolate branco a aparência estava fresco, porem super seco bolo velho, o de laranja estava melhorzinho mas acho que jogaram algum líquido está açucarado por cima acho que foi refri de laranja, é uma pena q isso esteja acontecendo sou cliente antiga, antes passava lá para pegar bolo de baunilha para levar no trabalho era super fresquinho .....ONTEM FIQUEI DECEPCIONADA .
Yesterday 10/09 I spent in tutty and got two cakes, according to Mr q answered me would be jars cakes but it was not the vanilla with white chocolate icing the appearance was fresh, but super dry old cake, the orange was better but I think that threw some liquid is sugary over the top I think it was cool orange, it's a shame that this is happening I'm an old customer, before spent there to get vanilla cake to take at work was super fresh ..... Yesterday I was dissappointed.

O gosto do bolo estava perfeito e foi entregue o bolo na hora certa que foi combinado!
Simplesmente um otimo lugar para encomendar seu bolo.
I loved having ordered the strawberry flavor cake with the Tutty Sabory. The service was good and the cake price was not expensive.
The taste of the cake was perfect and it was delivered the cake at the right time it was combined!

Não tinha nada a ver o sabor ,a massa estava seca o recheio um lado bem fino o outro grosso .
Mas minha decepção maior foi a forma que fui tratada , qdo liguei reclamando , pedi pra devolver o bolo praticamente inteiro de 3 kilos e pedi que me desse 1 k de outro sabor , aí veio a surpresa o Irineu (dono) disse que eu poderia estar mentindo sobre a reclamação e que não aceitaria devolução. Fiquei decepcionada . Mas com certeza perderam uma cliente . Pois pior do que pagar por um bolo ruim é ser chamada de mentirosa sem ao menos , olharem o produto.
I was a client for over 20 years, but unfortunately I was disappointed I bought a nest cake ...
It had nothing to do with the taste, the dough was dry and the filling one thin side the other thick.
But my biggest disappointment was the way I was treated, when I called complaining, I asked to return the almost 3 kilos cake and asked me to give me 1 k of another flavor, then came the surprise Irineu (owner) said I could be lying about the complaint and would not accept return. I was disappointed. But they sure lost a customer. For worse than paying for a bad cake is being called a liar without even looking at the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria uma bolo do Olaf, mas devido estar em cima da hora somente consegui da turma da Frozen. Para minha grata surpresa, recebi um bolo lindo do Olaf graças ao esforço da confeitaria em conseguir o papel arroz deixando o aniversariante muito emocionado. Só tenho a agradecer pelo carinhoso atendimento! Além de lindo o bolo estava muito gostoso. O aniversário foi em setembro/21, mas não poderia deixar de agradece-los.
I wanted a cake from Olaf, but because it was short notice, I only got it from the Frozen team. To my pleasant surprise, I received a beautiful cake from Olaf thanks to the confectionery's effort in getting the rice paper, leaving the birthday boy very emotional. I can only thank you for the kind service! In addition to being beautiful, the cake was very delicious. The birthday was in September/21, but I couldn't help but thank them.
