★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levamos sempre nosso peludo para banho e tosa na Tutu, e gostamos bastante de como tratam ele, esse serviço recomendo. Mas o atendimento do balcão e do consultório deixava a desejar. Inclusive ontem 23/06/21 recebemos um comunicado de que a veterinária que atuava lá saiu. Então podemos dar um voto de confiança para a nova pessoa, espero que o atendimento dela seja bom, pois minha última experiência quando levei o Luke para vacinar, não foi boa.

Nós da TUTU PET STORE ficamos muito felizes em poder responder a esse tipo de questionamento, o serviço foi prestado com êxito, porém o tutor do pet não quis dar continuidade no tratamento, pois disse que no dia seguinte o cachorrinho já estava melhor, e, nenhum profissional se negou a explicar e continuamos à disposição até que as dúvidas sejam esclarecidas.
Enfatizamos que em resposta ao colocado sobre sonegação fiscal, isso não existe e é tratado pelo profissional contábil da Empresa, por outro lado, nossa Empresa que tem anos de mercado, e boas referências, não pode ter seu nome maculado injustamente e poderemos adotar medidas judiciais cabíveis se necessário.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vc quiser ser enganado este é o lugar. O valor da consulta é mais barato só que eles te empurram remédios desnecessários e não são claros qto aos valores cobrados. Também não dão nota fiscal, que é crime. Já fiz denúncia na Secretaria da Fazenda. A maioria das avaliações positivas não tem comentários que me faz acreditar que não são verdadeiras.
