A qualidade de atendimento, o sinal da internet que caía o tempo inteiro.. até mesmo quando pedi para encerrar o contrato e retirarei aparelho eles fizeram confusão e realizaram cobranças indevidas, além de um atendimento péssimo de funcionários que desligavam o telefone e eram extremamente mal educados. Péssima experiência.
Terrible! Before when I had the Net it was quiet and fulfilled the proposal, after it moved to Claro it was horrible. The quality of service, the internet signal that was falling all the time .. even when I asked to close the contract and I will remove the device they made confusion and made undue charges, in addition to a terrible service from employees who hung up the phone and were extremely bad educated. Bad experience.
