A lei é clara, qq prédio pode usar 50% de sua frente para estacionamento, e qdo esse prédio usa mais que os 50% como estacionamento particular, vc cidadão, pode fazer uso do estacionamento desse prédio/imóvel não importa se é comercial ou residencial !!!
A lot of prepotency, taking its entire front as private parking, does not allow the population to use the space to park.
The law is clear, any building can use 50% of its front for parking, and when this building uses more than 50% as private parking, you citizen can use the parking lot in this building/property no matter if it is commercial or residential !!!
