Inclusive uma TV era do litoral, deu um probleminha e o Sergio foi fantástico, enviou um amigo de outra assistência para verificar. Eles consertam a TV na hora quando leva pessoalmente, não é necessário ficar indo e voltando. Indico a todos!
I highly recommend this assistance, they've fixed 2 TVs, they were perfect! There was even a TV from the coast, there was a little problem and Sergio was fantastic, he sent a friend from another assistance to check it out. They fix the TV on the fly when you take it in person, there's no need to go back and forth. I recommend it to everyone!

Tem vaga para o cliente estacionar, apesar do movimento da avenida Pompéia. Mas também retiram e devolvem as TVs consertadas. O preço -- como eu sempre digo -- é uma questão de referencial: no meu caso, considerei justo.
I've never seen such precise and effective technical assistance! Fast and competent. Worth every penny: from perfect service to problem solving. There is space for the customer to park, despite the traffic on Avenida Pompéia. But they also pick up and return repaired TVs. The price -- as I always say -- is a matter of reference: in my case, I considered it fair.

Falei com o Sergio, ele retirou a TV em casa, trocou a barra de Leds, que é um serviço dificil e caro, e devolveu consertada em apenas 3 horas. I didn't know any TV assistance and chose it from the positive reviews on Google. I spoke with Sergio, he removed the TV at home, changed the LED bar, which is a difficult and expensive service, and returned it repaired in just 3 hours. Nowadays it is very rare to see such efficiency, quality of service and Customer Service. I was super satisfied. I recommend it to anyone in need.

Muita qualidade no serviço e no atendimento.
Minha TV LG apresentou um problema na imagem onde só saia som e estava sem imagem. Entrei em contato com a TVC pelo telefone e com muita qualidade no atendimento já me passaram uma ideia de qual seria o problema e do provável valor de conserto. No mesmo dia vieram retirar a minha TV e em menos de 24hrs a minha TV já estava pronta como nova. Valor do conserto muito justo.

Great quality of service and care.
My LG TV had an image problem where only sound came out and there was no image. I contacted TVC over the phone and with a high quality of service, they gave me an idea of what the problem would be and the likely cost of repair. On the same day they came to remove my TV and in less than 24 hours my TV was ready like new. Very fair repair price.

Minha TV LG apresentou um problema na imagem com uma mancha azulada comprometendo as cores da imagem.
Então, procurando no Google uma assistência técnica, encontrei a TVC e decidi entrar em contato pelas ótimas avaliações. Confesso que fiquei admirada com tamanha agilidade, pois eu liguei no sábado 12h20 e antes das13h vieram até o meu apartamento retirar a TV.
No dia seguinte (domingo), me telefonaram para passar uma ideia do que houve com a TV e o valor do conserto, que achei muito justo!
Hoje segunda-feira, antes das 10h da manhã, me entregaram a TV pronta e instalada como Nova!
É a primeira vez que eu vejo tamanha Eficiência numa prestação de serviços.

My LG TV had a problem with the picture with a bluish stain compromising the colors of the picture.
So, searching Google for technical assistance, I found TVC and decided to get in touch for the great reviews. I confess that I was amazed at such agility, because I called on Saturday at 12:20 pm and before 1 pm they came to my apartment to remove the TV.
The next day (Sunday), they called me to give me an idea of what happened to the TV and the cost of the repair, which I thought was very fair!
Today Monday, before 10 am, they delivered the TV to me ready and installed like Nova!
It's the first time I've seen such Efficiency in the provision of services.
I would like to thank Eduardo for everything, for his quick turnaround in removing the TV, Rafael for installing the TV, especially Sérgio, for his commitment, attention, honesty and quality of service. Congratulations to all, you deserve a 1,000! I recommend it to everyone!
