UMA TREMENDA FALTA DE RESPONSABILIDADE DA TRANSPORTADORA, QUE NÃO CUMPRE COM AQUILO QUE DIZ NA INTERNET.
MEU CLIENTE JÁ DEMONSTROU INTERESSE EM CANCELAR O PEDIDO PRO CAUSA DA DEMORA NA COLETA DO MESMO!!
GOSTARIA DE UMA SOLUÇÃO, O MAIS RAPIDO POSSIVEL PARA ESTA SITUAÇÃO BASTANTE CONSTRANGEDORA!!!!

 I made a collection request on the site on 6/2/2020, and today 6/8, the collection has not yet been done!
I CONNECTED THE CARRIER SEVERAL TIMES, WHERE I WAS INFORMED THAT THE COLLECTIONS THROUGH THE SITE DO NOT WORK.
A TREMEND LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CARRIER, WHICH DOES NOT COMPLY WITH WHAT IT SAYS ON THE INTERNET.
MY CUSTOMER ALREADY EXPRESSED INTEREST IN CANCELING THE REQUEST FOR THE CAUSE OF DELAY IN THE COLLECTION OF THE SAME !!
I WOULD LIKE A SOLUTION, AS FAST AS POSSIBLE FOR THIS VERY CONSTRANGING SITUATION !!!!
SORRY FOR SUCH IRRESPONSIBILITY WITH THE CUSTOMER !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensa em uma Transportadora cheia de frescura, começando pelo porteiro, atendentes péssimos, principalmente os que ficam na salinha no galpão, acham que só porque estão atrás de um computador são alguma coisa, meus amigos vocês precisam melhorar muito pra ter 2 estrelas.... Foro que é muito BURROcratica, primeira vez e única, não indico pra ninguém.... Péssima....

Mudamos de endereço, pedimos coletas porém o caminhão sempre ia no endereço antigo, e os motoristas se recusam a corrigir o erro que é ir no endereço novo! Perdi uma venda grande, pois meu cliente não quis entender que a transportadora que ele indicou não faz coletas que creio eu ser o básico né!
Very bad experience! They don't do the basics of simply Collecting! We changed addresses, we asked for collections, but the truck always went to the old address, and the drivers refuse to correct the mistake of going to the new address! I lost a big sale, because my client didn't want to understand that the carrier he indicated doesn't make collections, which I believe to be the basic one, right!
