We missed proficinals, did service there on a meriva came back 3 times and ñ solved the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proprietário folgado, não da a mínima para os clientes. Totalmente despreparado sem falar que te deixa esperando o dia todo se possível enrolando para realizar um simples serviço e os preços abusivos.
Não recomendo a ninguém!
Owner lacks, does not care for customers. Totally unprepared without talking that leaves you waiting all day if possible winding up to perform a simple service and abusive prices.
Would not recommend to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a pior experiência que tive em uma oficina, o proprietário só aparece a noite, onde é o mesmo que retira peças da caixa de direção e vc não pode sair de lá pois desmontam seu carro...
Referente a entrega do serviço pronto; na verdade isso não ocorre...fui fazer a montagem da direção hidráulica em outra oficina.
O proprietário da TWT tem má reputação, irresponsável, falta de compromisso...cheguei na oficina as 8:00 e saí as 17:20 e não entregou nada..me prometeu de entregar tudo pronto dois dias depois, chegando lá nos 2 dias prometidos, o cara não tinha feito nadaa...já ia chamar a polícia pra remover meu carro de lá, mas com muita luta retirei meu carro deste pesadelo...
Pelo amor de Deus, caso precise fazer um serviço hidráulico, passe bem longe dessa TWT direção hidraulica!!

The owner of TWT has a bad reputation, irresponsible, lack of commitment ... I arrived at the workshop at 8:00 am and left at 5:20 pm and didn't deliver anything..he promised to deliver everything ready two days later, arriving there in 2 days promised, the guy hadn't done anything ... he was about to call the police to remove my car from there, but with a lot of struggle I pulled my car out of this nightmare ...
For the love of God, if you need to do a hydraulic service, go well away from that TWT hydraulic steering !!
