 I put a PC to fix it, condemned the card and processor, charged me $ 100 to "repair" the card, and returned it to me with another processor that doesn't even fit my card !!!

Embora não tenham conseguido resolver o problema da minha impressora, foram bem honestos sobre o problema e a solução para ela - explicaram todas as possibilidades e qual seria a recomendação deles. No final, ficou mais vantajoso comprar uma impressora nova do que pagar pelo conserto. Gostei muito do atendimento honesto dos profissionais da TyttoSoft. Recomendo muito!
Very good service. The staff are attentive and met the deadline, which is hard to come by. Although they couldn't solve my printer problem, they were quite honest about the problem and the solution for it - they explained all the possibilities and what their recommendation would be. In the end, it was more advantageous to buy a new printer than to pay for the repair. I really enjoyed the honest service from TyttoSoft professionals. Highly recommend!
