At Google it says to be open, we call first calls until they reject the call after the voicemail calls, nothing professional because if they can't answer or don't work today, they should have recorded a message so there is no lost trip.

Até aí tudo bem, deixei novamente para terminarem o serviço, pois eu sou muito bom. Voltando depois alguns dias para buscá-la, a mochila novamente nada! Então resolvi pegar e deixar assim mesmo. Falta de consideração pelo cliente, encontrei a mochila jogada sobre as outras, atendimento ruim, descaso total.
Enquanto estava lá, 1 cliente entrou, perguntou pela mochila dele, sabe onde estava? jogada no chão! O dono ainda perguntou - é essa aqui?
Prazos não são cumpridos e é tudo desorganizado.
I don't like to criticize any establishment, but unfortunately I need to comment. I left a backpack to fix, the deadline was 25 days, when I went to get it it was not ready yet. So far so good, I left it again to finish the job, because I am very good. Coming back a few days later to pick it up, the backpack again nothing! So I decided to take it and leave it anyway. Lack of consideration for the customer, I found the backpack thrown over the others, poor service, total neglect.
While there, 1 client came in, asked for his backpack, do you know where he was? thrown on the floor! The owner also asked - is this one here?
Deadlines are not met and everything is disorganized.
