★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei o celular para trocar a tela, serviço feito, sai de lá com o problema aparentemente resolvido. Logo um tempo após, percebi que minha bateria estava acabando muito rápida e meu celular começou a dar loop. (reiniciava sozinho o tempo todo) e só funcionava com a bateria ligada.
Voltei na loja e reclamei, como só dão "garantia" da peça trocada, tive que arcar com a troca de uma nova bateria. Serviço feito, sai de lá aparentemente com o problema resolvido.
Pouco tempo mais tarde quando eu precisei usar o celular, para a minha surpresa o alto falante auricular não funcionava e nem a câmera frontal.
Desisti, não volto nessa loja nunca mais. Deste jeito vão me fazer montar um novo celular.
I took the cell phone to change the screen, service done, left with the problem apparently solved. Soon after, I realized that my battery was running out very fast and my cell phone started to loop. (restarted all the time alone) and only worked with the battery connected.
I went back to the store and complained, as they only give "warranty" on the replaced part, I had to pay for the replacement of a new battery. Service done, apparently leaves with the problem solved.
A little while later when I needed to use the cell phone, to my surprise the headset did not work and neither did the front camera.
I gave up, I will never go back to that store again. This way they will make me assemble a new cell phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e o dobro do preço da internet. Pesquise os artigos dessa loja em qualquer site, espere 3 ou 4 dias pra chegar e economize metade do valor. Além de não ter que lidar com atendimento horrível.
Terrible service and twice the price of the internet. Search for items from this store on any website, wait 3 or 4 days to arrive and save half the price. Plus you don't have to deal with horrible customer service.

I bought a charger but it didn't work for my device, I asked for an exchange and they just stopped answering me on WhatsApp and didn't give any satisfaction. I'll have to go to the store in person to be able to exchange but I won't buy anymore. Bad experience.
