★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom o atendimento foi muito bom,mas não consegui fazer a identidade das minhas filhas só por causa de um Vieira... Me falaram q eu tinha q atualizar meu nome na certidão das crianças pq ainda era o de casada,e eu apresentei já meu documento atualizado. Gente era só não colocar o Vieira. O CPF continua sendo o mesmo, o RG continua sendo o mesmo,qual o problema nisso? Sendo q não somos atendidos em lugares por conta do CPF e RG. Sei q vcs vão falar q é norma sei lá de quem mais eu acho uma baita sacanagem, enfim... O atendimento foi bom,todos educados.
 Well, the service was very good, but I couldn't identify my daughters just because of a Vieira... They told me that I had to update my name on the children's certificate because it was still married, and I already presented mine document updated. People just didn't put Vieira. The CPF remains the same, the RG remains the same, what's the problem with that? Since we are not served in places because of the CPF and RG. I know you're going to say that it's the norm, I don't know who else I think is a hell of a joke, anyway... The service was good, everyone was polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo o sistema de agendamento. Você agenda, chega no horário e só é informado lá que o atendimento mesmo agendado não segue o horário. Ficamos sem saber quando seremos atendidos. Aguardando horas...
Respondendo a resposta de vocês: não, eu não poderia passar tais dados, pelo seguinte motivo, durante o ocorrido eu me dirigi à recepção para reclamar do atraso de quase 2 horas de atendimento AGENDADO, seguindo a orientação que apareceu no próprio painel de vocês, onde aparecem as senhas de atendimento e tambêm aparece a informação de procurar a recepção e reclamar em caso de atraso. E após a reclamação o que fizeram? ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA! Portanto não vejo motivo de resolver nada por aqui, se pessoalmente não foi resolvido imagine online. O serviço é péssimo bem como o atendimento. O intuito aqui é somente deixar claro para quem mais precisar dos serviços: NÃO ADIANTA AGENDAR! VÃO ATENDER COM ATRASO, PORTANTO TIREM O DIA DE VOCÊS PARA IR LÁ QUANDO PRECISAREM RESOLVER QUALQUER COISA. E essa informação DEVERIA estar no SITE DE AGENDAMENTO. Seria o mínimo de consideração com o CIDADÃO que PAGA seus impostos e PAGA por todos os serviços aí prestados!
Terrible scheduling system. You schedule, arrive on time and are only informed there that the service even scheduled does not follow the schedule. We don't know when we will be served. Waiting for hours...
Responding to your answer: no, I could not pass on such data, for the following reason, during the event I went to reception to complain about the delay of almost 2 hours of SCHEDULED service, following the guidance that appeared on your own panel, where the service passwords appear and also the information to look for the reception and complain in case of delay. And after the complaint what did they do? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! So I don't see any reason to solve anything here, if in person it wasn't solved imagine online. The service is terrible and so is the service. The purpose here is just to make it clear to those who need the services most: IT'S NO USE TO SCHEDULE! THEY WILL ATTEND LATE, SO PLEASE TAKE THE DAY OF YOURSELF TO GO THERE WHEN YOU NEED TO SOLVE ANYTHING. And that information SHOULD be on the SCHEDULE SITE. It would be the minimum of consideration for the CITIZEN who PAYS their taxes and PAYS for all the services provided there!
