Horrible!!! Phone never answers!!! There is no link for online scheduling and there is also no application for online scheduling.

How can such a place exist? They don't answer the phone, if you go in person sending an appointment online but there's never a terrible vacancy in this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior atendimento. Mesmo com agendamento prévio pelo site, fiquei 3h20min aguardando para ser atendida. As senhas não são respeitadas. Pessoas chegam e são atendidas a depender do serviço a ser solicitado ( não é pela ordem de chegada), o que é um absurdo e um total desrespeito com o cidadão.
The worst service. Even with a prior appointment through the website, I was waiting 3h20min to be answered. Passwords are not respected. People arrive and are served depending on the service to be requested (not in order of arrival), which is absurd and a total disrespect for the citizen.
