 Telephone is just for decoration, no one answers. Better to say it doesn't, at least no one would waste time calling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo , as atendentes não tem nenhuma paciência, até mesmo são grossas . O serviço sempre atrasa, nunca nada funciona no horário marcado. Espero nunca mais precisar ter que ir no Uai novamente!
Terrible, the attendants have no patience, they are even rude. The service is always late, nothing works at the scheduled time. I hope I never have to go to Uai again!

Nobody answers the phone, it costs what to put 1 person just to answer or make a call center... I can go without scheduling even if I'm from another city

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dias venho tentando contatar via telefone a Uai e sem sucesso. Preciso agendar a retirada de um documento e o site qual me passaram para agendar esta com erro a mais de semanas. O atendimento precisa melhorar!
For days I have been trying to contact Uai via phone and without success. I need to schedule the withdrawal of a document and the site they gave me to schedule this one with an error for more than weeks. Service needs to improve!

I don't know why having a phone number since it's not to serve the people, after all, it's from the taxes that the population pays that this Service Unit receives its salaries. Note zero!!!!!! They don't deserve any stars!!!

Hard to talk to people there. I live far away and they don't answer emails, don't answer the phone and the deadline to get my passport is looming. I made an appointment, arriving there was closed. I lost travel, money and came back without any support
