★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma ótima empresa para trabalhar paga direitinho em dia faz o máximo de esforço pelo funcionário uma das melhores empresas que eu trabalhei o que falta e mais interatividade entre os funcionários do escritório é claro dedicação do dono não ficar dividido entre política e o ganha-pão dele se é que ganha pão dele mais uma das poucas empresas realmente humanizada só o dono mesmo que precisar decidir o que ele quer se a empresa ou se ele quer outras outras prioridades

Administra nosso Condomínio a guase 8 anos...os proprietários e funcionários super atenciosos...eu como Síndica nesse tempo não tenho de q reclamar...setor de cobrança e jurídico nus garante nem 2% de inadimplência. Sempre que preciso de ajuda estão disponíveis. Qdo tem Assembleia sempre conto com a presença do proprietário com toda documentação nescessário. Prestação de contas todo mês através do balancete...emissão de boletos sempre a tempo...estamos muitos satisfeitos com Uaia e indico com certeza!!!
Great Company! Manages our Condominium for almost 8 years... the owners and employees are super attentive... I as a Syndicate in that time I don't have to complain... the collection and legal sector guarantees not even 2% of default. Whenever I need help they are available. When there is an Assembly I always count on the presence of the owner with all the necessary documentation. Rendering of accounts every month through the balance sheet...issuance of slips always on time...we are very satisfied with Uaia and I definitely recommend it!!!
