★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manutenção precária, muitas baratas dividindo as acomodações. No primeiro dia O caseiro já pediu gorjeta. No segundo dia já ficamos sem água. Descobri depois que o registro da agua foi fechado e o acesso trancado com cadeado. Terrenos abandonados ao redor, inclusive cobra entrando na casa ao lado. Sorte deles que eu vi e bati no portão e conseguimos expulsar o bicho. Solar dos Querubins
Poor maintenance, many cockroaches sharing the accommodation. On the first day The caretaker already asked for a tip. On the second day, we ran out of water. I found out after the water tap was closed and the access was padlocked. Abandoned land around, including snake entering the house next door. Lucky for them I saw and knocked on the gate and managed to expel the bug. Solar of the Cherubs
