★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 30 de junho chamei o uber estava com 100 reais o motorista não tinha troco o valor era de 11 é uma fraçao paguei 7 e fiquei devendo 4 reais pra próxima viagem então chamei novamente o uber onde a viagem era de 8 reais mais os 4 reais daria 12 reais o motorista também nao tinha troco pra 100 então parei em uma farmácia troquei o dinheiro e paguei o valor total de 17 reais devido a parada é no Dia seguinte dua 01de julho chamei o uber onde o valor seria 17 reais ao chegar ao meu destino foi me cobrado 35 reais onde o motorista me mostrou no aplicatico da uber que eu devia o valor da última viagem 17 reais a qual foi pago.
Então chega e mais dizendo que o motorista estso relatando que não paguei os valores da corrida e está acontecendo em seguida essa semana foram três 3 inclusive agora peguei uma corrida de 5 .38 e novamente chegou um e-mail da uber que o motorista relata que não paguei .
Agora veja como vou viver chamando uber é não pagando as corridas com frequência eu espero uma solução pois isso está me fazendo ser lesada e sem solução ao entrar em contato com o suporte da uber dizem que os motoristas estão com a razão.
Quer dizer recebem o dinheiro encerra a corrida dizendo que não recebeu o pagamento
On June 30th I called uber it was 100 reais the driver had no change the value was 11 it's a fraction I paid 7 and I owed 4 reais for the next trip so I called uber again where the trip was 8 reais plus 4 reais it would give 12 reais the driver also didn't have change for 100 so I stopped at a pharmacy I changed the money and paid the total amount of 17 reais due to the stop on the next day on July 1st I called uber where the value would be 17 reais when I arrived at mine destination I was charged 35 reais where the driver showed me on the uber app that I owed the value of the last trip 17 reais which I paid.
So it comes and goes, saying that the driver is reporting that I didn't pay the race fees and it's happening next this week there were three 3s, including now I took a 5.38 race and again an email arrived from uber that the driver reports that I did'nt pay .
Now see how I'm going to live calling uber is not paying the races often I expect a solution as this is making me aggrieved and unresolved when contacting uber support they say the drivers are right.
I mean, you get the money ends the race saying you didn't get paid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim, inclusive os motoristas não conheçe o destino cansela as corridas e o Uber colocar taxa de 3.00 reais pra o passageiro pagar. Outra vez dei 10 reais o motorista não teve troco ficou com os 10 reais e colocou como se não tivesse pago a corrida. ISSO é um absurdo. e não tem um tem um número de contato.pra gente. Ligar assistência péssima. Vou abrir um processo contra essa Uber e motorista.o nome dele já estou com os prints. Mas pelos relatós vejo que é prática de alguns motoristas.
Too bad, even the drivers don't know the destination tires the races and Uber puts a fee of 3.00 reais for the passenger to pay. Another time I gave 10 reais, the driver didn't have change, he kept the 10 reais and put it as if he hadn't paid the ride. THAT is absurd. and there is no contact number.for us. Bad assistance call. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossível usar Uber em Aracaju. Não querem fazer corridas curtas. No meu caso foi do aeroporto ao Sesc de Atalaia. Recomendo o táxi comum. Pouca coisa mais caro que o Uber e muito mais rápido. Isso que os motoristas de aplicativo fazem é bom pro taxista. Nem perco tempo mais com o aplicativo. Já vou no taxista e já pergunto logo quando fica a corrida. Já fica o valor fechado.
Impossible to use Uber in Aracaju. They don't want to do short runs. In my case it was from the airport to Sesc de Atalaia. I recommend the regular taxi. Little more expensive than Uber and much faster. What app drivers do is good for the taxi driver. I don't even waste time with the app anymore. I go to the taxi driver and ask when the race is. The value is already closed.
