Fui no local na terça-feira data 19/04/22 as 15:30 a atendente falou que não dava mais tempo atender pois já iriam fechar, retornei no dia seguinte data 20/04/22 às 09hrs da manhã a senhorita atendente primeiro falou que não tinha médico no local (o que achei estranho, pois era início do dia) logo que comecei a falar com ela a mesma chamou o doutor (onde ironicamente ele saiu de uma sala assim que ela negou ter médico, em seguida perguntei: você não disse que não tinha médico??? Fiquei sem respostas...) ela conversou com o médico e me informou que faltava material para realizar uma simples lavagem do ouvido (seringa e soro). Acho melhor rever esse tipo de pessoas que atendem na área de saúde pois ninguém procura um médico simplesmente para bater um papo e se um posto de saúde não tem uma simples seringa me leva a perguntar pq esse posto ainda estar aberto. Não tem nada a ver comigo porém como falei ninguém vai ao médico para bater papo, enquanto eu tentava ser atendido presenciei um senhor aparentemente 65 anos que buscava resolver sobre seus exames há 4 meses, a jovem atendente simplesmente disse que não sabia e por isso ficou. A atendente demonstra total descaso e falta de ética profissional pelos pacientes da unidade, lamentável! Diante do restante da equipe eu não consegui nem conhecer....
The worst service I've ever received. I went to the place on Tuesday, date 04/19/22 at 15:30, the attendant said that there was no more time to answer because they would close, I returned the next day, date 04/20/22 at 09:00 in the morning, the attendant spoke first that there was no doctor in the place (which I found strange, because it was the beginning of the day) as soon as I started talking to her, she called the doctor (where ironically he left a room as soon as she denied having a doctor, then I asked: you I didn't say I didn't have a doctor??? I didn't have any answers...) she talked to the doctor and informed me that there was a lack of material to perform a simple ear wash (syringe and serum). I think it's better to review this type of people who work in the health area because no one looks for a doctor just to chat and if a health center doesn't have a simple syringe, it leads me to ask why this post is still open. It has nothing to do with me, but as I said, no one goes to the doctor to chat, while I was trying to be seen, I saw a man apparently 65 years old who was trying to resolve his exams for 4 months, the young attendant simply said she didn't know and that's why she stayed . The attendant shows total disregard and lack of professional ethics for the patients of the unit, regrettable! In front of the rest of the team I couldn't even meet....
