Meu Pai esta mais de 1 mês e meio aguardando guias de exame ou encaminhamento para o médico e nada, quando saiu a guia, saiu para o especialista nada a ver ai lá vamos nós de novo, ter que aguardar a BOA vontade dos funcionários, meu pai esta com um TUMOR enorme no braço e ninguém faz nada... Nem uma estrela merece... totalmente descaso com o ser humano

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim, péssima experiência toda as vezes que vamos para um atendimento na Vacina a enfermeira Valeria é super mau educada sem paciência. Nitidamente mostrar que não deve para trabalhar com o público nem atender o povo. Fecha a porta na cara e bate com força como se o patrimônio fosse dela, definitivamente nunca esteve do outro lado. E nunca teve a necessidade de precisar de saúde pública. Triste condena o trabalho de uma equipe inteira. Assustador??
Bad, bad experience every time we go to the Vaccine, the nurse Valeria is super rude without patience. Clearly show that it is not supposed to work with the public nor serve the people. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a 3 dias ligando pela manhã e na parte da tarde e ninguém atende, só chama, chama e nada! "Telefone pra que? Se ninguém atende" se atendessem teria uma fila menor na recepção!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não ter ácido fólico e sulfato ferroso em um posto é difícil demais!!!! São as principais vitaminas de uma gestante. Fora que vc pode ligar quantas horas for necessário, ninguém atende! Atendimento de alguns funcionários é bem grosseiro também. Precisa melhorar muito pois não era assim num passado não tão distante. É uma pena!
Not having folic acid and ferrous sulfate in a post is too hard!!!! They are the main vitamins for a pregnant woman. Besides that you can call as many hours as necessary, no one answers! Attendance from some employees is very rude as well. It needs to improve a lot because it wasn't like that in the not-so-distant past. It is a pity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra começar, tive que subir uma escadaria imeeeeensa pra chegar. PÉSSIMa localização, se subisse mais já estava do lado de Jesus Cristo. Que deus o tenha. Enfim. Chegando lá, após muito esforço e força de vontade, nos atenderam rapidamente, achei que todo o sufoco havia passado. LEDO ENGANO. Chegando lá, preparei meu braço para a tal da vacina, A tão esperada... PORÉM, eis que um enfermeiro pôs a vacina em meu braço e ESGUICHOU SANGUE para todos os lados. Sujou meu braço. Sujou o chão. E principalmente o avental do enfermeiro, pelo menos com isso fiquei feliz. Depois de todo o sangue jorraaado, ele nem cometou sobre isso. Foi como se nada tivesse acontecido, apenas sangue para todo o lado. Depois disso, colocou um bandaid e disse apenas "segura que vai sangrar" JÁ SANGROU, incompetende!!!!!!!!!!

A funcionária Evelyn se destaca nos quesitos arrogância e falta de profissionalismo. Pode não parecer, mas pagamos por esses serviços. Quem não sabe atender o público, mude de função ou emprego.
